Chapter Twenty-Four

Everybody was already in their seats as the substitute was writing her name down on the board. Jacob and Baylee walked into the classroom laughing, Monica watched as they was talking and flirting with each other.

Monica: What is that all about?

Diana: What?

Monica:Jacob and Baylee all on each other.

Chrissy: I don't know.

Substitute: Ok class, take your seats.

Everybody started walking to their seats and sat down, Jacob leaned in and pecked Baylee on the lip before they took their seats.

Monica: What the hell was that?

April: Did Jacob just kiss Baylee?

Diana:That's what I saw.

Substitute: Ok, is everybody here?

Aftrer the substitute said that, Craig walked into the room with a t-shirt wrapped around his neck, he walked to his seat and sat down.

Substitute: Who may you be?

Craig: Craig.

Substitute:Well, I'm glad you could join us. Is that everybody?

Taylor: There's four people who's on there way.

Substitute: Thank you sweetheart. While we wait for the others to get here, y'all may talk.

The substitue sat down at the desk, while the students started talking to each other.

Monica: So what now, Jacob and Baylee go out?

April: That's what it looks like.

Monica: When did this all happen?

Chrissy: I just can't believe that they go out now.

Diana:What is he thinking, he must be blind.

April: He must be.

Haley, Dominique, Santo and Rayan walked into the classroom and took their seats, the substitute looks up and smile.She stands up and walked in front of the desk.

Substitute: Ok, I guess everybody is here now but we're going to start. My name is Ms.Waters and I am subtituing for Mr.Dean today, he left some worksheets for y'all to do.

Ms.Waters started to pass out the papers and sat back down at the desk, everybody started working on their paper. Dominique was about to right down her answer on the paper when her phone started beeping letting her know that she had a text, she looked at her phone to see that Craig had texted her.

Craig's Text:

Hey cutie.

Dominique started to smile, she looked up and looked over at Craig who was smiling back at her, he winked at her making her blush and everything. Hour later,the bell ranged and everybody turned in their paper to the front desk and walked out of the classroom making their way to lunch.Everybody grabbed their food and walked to wherever the sit at.

Jacob: Craig, its time that you tell Dominique how you feel about her.

Rayan: Yeah, it really is.

Jacob: Y'all both like each other, but y'all are both scared to tell each other how y'all feel about each other.

Craig: What do you mean we both scared?
