Chapter Twenty-Seven

Dominique pulled up into Craig's driveway and parked her car, she looked in the mirror to make sure she looked alright. She got out of the car and walked up to the door knocking on it, Wanda opened the door to see Dominique standing at the door.

Wanda: Dominique?

Dominique: Hey Wanda.

Wanda:-excited-Hey Dominique.

Dominique walked up to Wanda and hugged her making Wanda hug her back, they both pulled back from each other while smiling at each other.

Wanda: Look at you, you look so beautiful.

Dominique: Thank you.

Wanda: Come in.

Dominique walked into the house with Wanda right behind her.

Wanda: How you been doing?

Dominique: I been doing good.

Wanda: That's good, I missed you.

Dominique: I missed you too.

Wanda: How's your parents doing?

Dominique: They doing good.

Wanda: That's good, Craig is in his room playing games with his father.

Dominique: Ok.

Wanda: I'm going to let Craig know that you're here.

Dominique: Ok, where's the bathroom?

Wanda: It's in the back.

Dominique: Thank you.

Dominique walked into the back room while Wanda walked up to Craig's room. Dominique walked into the bathroom and closed the door, she turned on the water and splashed some on her face. She grabbed a towel and wiped her face off, she walked back to the mirror and fixed her hair to make sure she looks alright. She grabbed her phone out of her pocket and snapped a picture of herself and uploaded on Instagram.

Beautiful_Nique: Rockin' my look.

Once it was on Instagram, she looked back at the mirror before walking out of the bathroom. She walked back to the living room to see Wanda, Craig and a man who looked like an older version of Craig. They all looked at Dominique and smiled, Craig got up and walked over to her.

Craig: Hey Nini.

Dominique: Hey Craig.

Craig wrapped his arms around Dominique's waist and hugged her as she hugged him back. Wanda and the man stood up and looked at Dominique, Craig pulled away and walked Dominique up to his dad.

Craig: Dad, this is Dominique. Dominique, this is my dad Craig Sr.

Craig Sr.: Hello Dominique, it's nice to meet you.

Dominique: It's nice to meet you too.

Craig Sr.: Wow CJ, you was right, she is beautiful.

Dominique looked down and started blushing, she looked over at Craig who was smirking at her. Dominique smile at him, Wanda looked at both of them with a smile on her face.

Wanda: Well, I'm about to start dinner, y'all two can chill in CJ's room, and Craig,can I see you in the kitchen for a minute?

Craig Sr.: Ok.

Craig and Dominique walked up to Craig's room while Wanda and Craig Sr. walked into the kitchen. Wanda started grabbing some pots and pans and put on the stove while Craig Sr. leaned against the wall.
