Chapter Seventy-Four

Craig's POV

I was just at the house playing on the Xbox with Terry, we was playing the Fast and Furious racing game and me and Terry was head in head.

Terry: Get ready to lose dip shit.

Me: We'll see dick head.

As we was racing, the finish line was just up ahead. And just as I thought I was about to win, Terry sped up his car and we ended up in a tie.

Me: Awe damn, I thought I was going to win. I want my rematch.

Terry: Let's go then.

Just as I was about to mash replay, my phone started ringing, I picked it up to see it was Haley who was calling me. I pressed hr answer button before putting the phone right up to my ear.

Phone Conv

Me: Hey Haley.

Haley: Craig.

It sound like she was crying when she said my name like that, I started to get curious.

Me: Haley, what's wrong, why are you crying?

Haley: You need to come to the hospital?

Me: Why, what's going on?

Haley: D got into a wreak and she was rushed to the hospital.

I heart dropped when she said that, my baby got into a wreak.

Me: Ok, I'll be there in seven minutes.

I then hanged up my phone and ran over to the couch where I pit my shoes on.

Terry: Yo Craig, what are you doing? I still want my rematch.

Me: I have to go to the hospital.

Terry: Why?

Me: Dominique was rush to the hospital.

Terry: Is she ok?

Me: I don't know, but I'm going to go to make sure and find out what happened?

Terry: I'm coming too.

I smiled☺ as I watched Terry get up from the floor and put his shoes on, it makes me happy to see that Terry cares about Dominique. I grabbed my keys and we both ran out of the house and got into the car, I turned on the car and pulled out the driveway before speeding down the road. My heart started pounding, hands started sweating and my leg started shaking, I can't believe that Dominique is in the hospital, I just hope everything is ok. Once we got to the hospital, I turned off the car and both me and Terry ran into the hospital to see everyone was sitting in the waiting room. Dominique's mom was in tears.

Me: Hey y'all, what happened?

Haley: Dominique was making her way to your house when a car hit her face on and her car flipped three times.

When Haley told me that, my heart dropped to my stomach. She was making her way to my house?

Terry: Is she ok though?

Kevin: We don't know, they said they're going to tells us as soon as possible.

Me I just can't believe she's in here.

Tammy: If I lose her, I don't know what I would do.

Kevin: Honey, don't think like that.
