POV Rania

I walked into my room after learning four fighting techniques, I close the door and slump against it. I stand there for a few minutes before pushing off the door and heading to my bathroom. I quickly get into the hot water shower. The hot water washes away the soreness in my muscles. After turning off the shower, I step out and get dressed. I look at myself in the mirror, I look pretty but not my best self. I decided to shrink into my fairy form, as I shrink I go to stand in front of the mirror on the counter. I smile as I see how I look, my skin looks healthier, my hair looks stronger and shiner and my eyes look more alive. Becoming a fairy has changed me, and it has changed me for the better.

I fly off the counter and change back into my human form, I walk out of the bathroom, to my bedroom door. Before I open the door I look back at my room, it looks smaller than when I had first walked in. I open the door and walk over to Warner's door. I knock on the door and wait for him to answer. As I wait I hear boys coming from down the hall, I look towards them to see them looking at me strangely. When they see me looking at them, they turn back the way they came, just as Warner's door opened. Once the door is completely open I rush into his arms. He hugs me back.

"What is wrong?" he whispers into my hair.

I just hug him harder and shush him. We stand there leaning on each other for a while. I am the one that finally pulls myself from the hug, "I told you I would come say bye before I left again for Pixie Hollow. I need to work on unlocking my other fairy abilities."

He looks down at me, he cups my chin in his hand pulling my face closer to his. Before our lips meet I turn my head away making it so he kissed my cheek. He shoots me a glare for not letting him kiss me but I don't care. He already kissed me once without permission and it was not going to happen again.

"I will walk to the door again," he tells me.

I nod my head and grab his hand as we start to head the door. The walk to the door is quiet and peaceful. Before I touch the door, I look over to Warner, "I will see you later. You don't have to wait for me by the door. I will be gone longer this time."

He just nods his head and pulls me into another hug. We hug until I pull away, and head towards the door.

"See you later Warner," I say before I touch the door.

I hear him say goodbye before I touch the door, to go back to my home. Home, a word I was still trying to understand, and I shrink as I fall through the door, flying back home.

As I fly back to my home, I say hi to all the fairies I pass by. I land on my stairs leading up to my patio. I walk up to my stairs to my door and walk in. I go to my room and lay down on my bed. I was dead tired. It felt like I had not slept in days, which was probably true. But before I can fall asleep, there is pounding on my door. I groan as I get out of bed to get the door. I open the door to reveal an all too peppy Faylinn.

"Raina! You're Back!" she screams into my ear, jumping at me.

I smile patiently at her as I pull away from the hug, "Hey Faylinn! Hope you didn't miss me too much."

"Only a little bit," she exclaims through using her figures. She drops her figures, "Did you happen to learn any fighting styles while you were with Warner?"

I nod my head, and count off on my figures, "I learned: Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and Krav Maga. There are still four other fighting styles that Warner thinks I should learn though. I would've stayed longer to learn them all but being up there just didn't feel right. I also figured that I should learn how to unlock my magic so that I don't hurt anyone while I'm up there."

Faylinn just nods her head along with what I had said. She starts to pace my patio until she stops, once again standing in front of me. "You said that you learned four different fighting styles right?"

I just nod my head not one hundred percent sure where Faylinn was getting at.

"How long did it take you to learn them?" she asks prying.

I think back, "A couple hours."

She thinks about my answer a bit, "Why did you not continue to learn the other four fighting styles?"

Thinking back to the training, "Warner said that we should stop so that we don't strain our muscles."

At this Faylinn breaks out in a big oh smile, "You discovered one of your magic abilities without even realizing it."

I wait for her to continue but she doesn't, "And that ability would be what?"

She rolls her eyes at my nativity, "Fast learning, of course, no normal person and even some fairies for that matter, can learn as many fighting styles as you did in a couple of hours."

I just start to awkward smile along with her.

She puts her hands on her hips, smile dropping, "You have no clue how being a fast learner is suppose to help you, do you?"

I just shake my head 'no.'

Letting out a breath, Faylinn starts to explain, "With being a fast learner you will be able to read or be taught anything and you will remember what you have learned. You also can learn faster than others making your training a hundred times easier for me. Speaking of which, we should get going on your lessons, to figure out which class of fairy you will fall under."

Before Faylinn can even touch me to drag me to my training, I back up, "No, before I start new training I'm getting some real sleep."

Faylinn looks shocked at my refusal, but I find her nodding along with me anyways. She backs up from me as I close the door, "I will see you tomorrow Faylinn."

I see her wave and fly off before I completely close the door and head to my bed. As soon as my tired head hits the pillow, I'm out.
