It's been a while
Since I turned my back
Straight to your heart
Since I slapped the face
All your twisted lips and heavy grins
And the way that you never spoke back to me
Hard times passed on
Hard people came on
The softness that you gave
Never came back to home
When desperation died
And all the wishes flew
Limitations grew like a fire in the woods
On a foggy night
In the dim lit sky
Beside the lamppost
I saw the smirks
The smiles that made it's way
Following my laughter
Are on someone's path
To follow it like the star
Having every joy
That I once owned
Wrapped up into
Someone's arms
Breaking me up so deep in my sternum
The pounds so heavy that I feel broken
Lifted by your hands
My broken pieces
You still try to help me
By being my protector
Not by being benevolent
But by being a friend
Sorry guys
Didn't know how to end this non ending story
But hope you liked it
