Jaehyun couldn't possibly forget the omega's face. He doesn't know where his thoughts came from but he did find the omega attractive when he usually does't. He suddenly hoped to see him again. His scent was something that caught his attention.

He came back to his shared mansion after from a day of window shopping, just to kill some time. He saw his other member on the couch, sitting with his mate while watching a movie. Good thing, he didn't catch them making out on the couch again.

"Hey, Jae. How was shopping?" Johnny asked as he turned his head to the headman. Ten, Johnny's mate, faced Jaehyun and greeted him with a smile.

"Nothing's worth buying," Jaehyun sighed, as he let himself fall onto the single couch to separate himself from the lovebirds, "Where's Yuta?" he asked to the alpha.

"He also went out. He should be here any minute now," Johnny answered, returning his attention to the movie.

"Why exactly?" an eyebrow raised and Johnny just gave him a shrug as an answer.

Later on, the door banged and showed a panting Yuta with an unconscious man in his arms. Jaehyun was surprised and it made him jump from his seat. Johnny paused the movie and stood up, walking towards Yuta. But Johnny suddenly moved back as he felt the unconscious omega's strong pheromone.

"He's currently in heat and I just saved him from the alphas--Oh hey, Jae, good that you're already back," Yuta greeted with his smile.

Jaehyun walked towards Yuta, feeling the strong omega pheromone but he didn't bother until he saw the man's face, it's him. Jaehyun's heart began to pound loud and strong. He took a deep breath as he is seeing a 'sightful' beauty in the other alpha's arms.

"Could you...put him in my room?" Jaehyun asked.

"Oh, sure, Jae. I'll just lay him on your bed then, excuse me," Yuta immediately gone upstairs, straight to Jaehyun's room.

No questions asked. Yuta just did it.

Jaehyun suddenly thought about things, thinking if it's a good idea to put him in his room. Before convincing himself that he'll be fine if the omega's inside his room, Yuta appeared on the stairway, going down and telling Jaehyun that the omega's comfortable on his own bed.

The alpha immediately ran upstairs. Jaehyun was having second thoughts if he's going to stay or not. He inhaled all the courage he needed before going inside. He's never been this nervous inside his own room.

As he closed his gap to the omega, all the courage he inhaled a while ago was gone. His tail was already behind his back, nervous seeing an omega this beautiful.

But then again, he's just trying to control himself right now as best as he can.

"Hey, Jae?"

Jaehyun got startled by Ten. He saw Ten leaning against his doorframe with his arms crossed on his chest.

"Don't you think you'll get into rut if you stay too long with him? Especially, with his strong omega pheromone?" the silver-haired omega asked.

"I think I can take it, Ten," the alpha said without thinking.

He can go into rut if he's with the in-heat omega for too long. Even though Jaehyun was trained well, he could lose it anytime.

"Yeah, you can," Ten was audibly sarcastic and Jaehyun just clicked his tongue. Then the omega noticed how the alpha looked at the omega on the bed.

"You can't fall for him, Jae."

Jaehyun's face suddenly displayed with irritation and anger.

"What are you saying?"

His blood began to boil, irritated every time Ten tells him about he can't fall for anyone. Ten just kept a straight face which made Jaehyun more irritated, seeing him so calm. Like he's teasing him for some reason.

"You know your position in this society, Jaehyun. You didn't become the Headman for nothing. Falling for someone could ruin your stats. You know the rules--"

"Ten, just stop, please..." Jaehyun cuts off Ten as he rubs his forehead. Passing by Ten in the doorway, leaving his best friend.

His head starts to throb, he was sick of Ten saying those kinds of things. The headman can't fall in love, the rule that Jaehyun hates the most. He already dedicated himself to his people in Seoul, knowing that he should only focus on his business with the city. He immediately ran down the stairs and walks straight for the front door.

"I'm leaving for a while," Jaehyun uttered before he walked out and slammed the door behind him.

Yuta and Johnny didn't have the chance to ask their Headman about the omega resting in his room. Later on, Ten came down, walking like a zombie. He went straight to his alpha in the living room, sat beside him and hugged his arm. He pouted and Johnny finds it cute when his omega's irritated.

"You can't always break his bubble all the time, Ten," the Japanese alpha spoke.

"Mm, yeah but it's for his sake, not mine," Ten answered back grumpily.

"But don't you think you're a bit too rough? Let the man live his own life. If he wants to disobey then let him be. It's his life, not yours, babe," Johnny told his lover, smiling down at him and finally he kissed his lover on the head. Ten roughly removed his intertwined arm to his lover and crossed his arms.

"He can't just abandon his position. You guys know that!" Ten just couldn't accept the fact that Jaehyun will just run with that kid Yuta brought a while ago, "At this point, it's either he'll pick his responsibility or love."

"He won't abandon anything. No one will abandon something. Let him taste feel love. He isn't a kid anymore, Ten. I know he knows what he wants," Yuta uttered, "Anyway, I'll just cook something, the kid upstairs might be hungry," and left the two in the living room.

Ten was still upset that his own mate opposes him. Without talking to each other, the lovers felt awkward. Ten stood up to join Yuta in the kitchen but he was surprised as Johnny pulled him down the couch again.

"You're gonna get some punishment tonight, Johnny, and you know that."
