The next day, both of their schedules are full. Gala, walwal, sleep over, night swimming with their classmates and team mates.

“I'll be going out with the team mamaya. Do you have plans?” Bea asked while facing the screen of her phone.

“Same plan.” Thirdy answered on the other side of the phone.

Bea turned on the other side of the bed and stared at Thirdy's face. He was doing something on his laptop and his camera is placed on top of his study table.

“What are you doing?” Bea asked curiously, she was literally trying to sound cute to get his attention.

And Thirdy being Thirdy, didn't even noticed what she's trying to do. He kept his eyes glued on his laptop.

“Ah.. Wala. Photoshop.”

“Photoshop? For what?” thirdy sure is a talented guy, but editing is not part of it.

“Wala lang. Nagpustahan kasi kami ni Rex.” Thirdy flashed a sheepish smile with a determined look.

“About what?”

Thirdy looked at the camera and he smiled when he saw Bea's creased forehead and curious face.

“It's 8 na Bea. I think it's time for you to prepare for your gala mamaya.”

Bea took a glance on her watch. She squealed.

“Ay gago, how could i forget the time.” she said to herself. “Sige na Thirds. I'll text you nalang.”

“Don't get yourself drunk too much. You know what you're capable of doing when you're under the influence of alcohol Beatriz, ha.” Thirdy reminded her as he went close to the camera. He held it up to his face.

Bea laughed. “Yes Daddy Thirdy.”

He was sure that she said it in a sarcastic manner, but he couldn't help his heart from fluttering. The thought of Bea calling her Daddy, that'd be a great call sign—but korni.

“Ikaw ha, gusto mo na pala kong maging asawa.” he teased, she blushed.

“T-that's not what i meant Thirdy!” she denied.

“Eh bakit ka nagbablush?” His grin grew wider. God knows how cute Beatriz when she's being teased, it could be his everyday view and would never get tired of it.

“I-i am not! Tsk. I have to go na. I'll get back to you, hintayin mo lang.”

She stucked her tongue out before ending the call.

And just after she ended the call, she heard three consecutive beeps from outside her window and she knows it's her friends.

“Kasi naman ang tagal ni Beatriz, late na tuloy tayo.” Jho complained as they all finally buckled up on their seats after half an hour of waiting.

Bea didn't want to go out without taking a bath, they just can't make her. So they had no choice but to wait for her rituals that she should've done earlier.

“Eto na nga oh, we're going na. Ano pa bang pinaglalaban mo.” Bea rolled her eyes but Jho knows she was joking.

“At least ako may pinaglalaban. Eh ikaw?” Bea pulled Jho's hair.

“Aray bei! Gaga ka ha. Kinulot ko pa yan.” They laughed.

The place is full of lights, people, noises and smell of alcohol. The fact that they're complete tonight made the celebration even better.
