Chapter Thirty-Seven: Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Mazrieth's POV

I proceeded to run towards the arena as I have a plan to require stop their planning from attacking the Dragon's Nest. Shianne and Camicazi followed me as I ran fast as I could. "Lemme ask, Maddy. What are we doing to that arena?"

I looked at her and smiles, "Sis, if we're gonna stop them, we better need something to catch-up with them." 

"What?", Shianne asked. 

"Dragons. We're gonna ride dragons, Shianne...", I replied. 

Camicazi shocked with her eyes widen. "Are you sure?!" I stared at her with a little goofy face. "Trust me, Camicazi! I will train and we will ride them!"

"Okay?", she sweat dropped. 

"Come, on! We have to time to waste!", I leaded the way when I galloped fast and so they did pacing up with their speed. Few minutes then, Shianne, Camicazi and I arrived at the Dragon Arena. I stopped to get some air as I breathed fast. But much unexpected is their arrival. The others...

 "Oh, look what we have here..", Silver came in towards us. "What are you doing here, Mazrieth?" He faces us with his glare when he crosses his arm beneath his chest. "You should have disqualified for that dragon..."

"Yeah..", the next person who appeared is Jaden. "I should've noticed back then. I was gonna tell you about what I saw about a mysterious figure where it believes to be a dragon. But when I knew it today, it was you all along."

"But, Mazrieth became that brave when she saved my life back there. If it wasn't for her, I would died by now...", Raven stepped in. "Although, I cannot escape the fact when I discovered that you tamed a real dragon. That dragon was supposed to be killed!"

"Yeah right!", the three boys growled as they've pointed a finger towards me. "That isn't fair for us!"

Out of nowhere, Ivory appears at the scene. "Guys, that's enough!" She defended me with her finger raising at them. "So, shut it.." 

"You shut up, Ivory!", the raven man glared coldly at her. 

"Guys?", Shianne felt confused. "Hey guys?"

I deepen my breath but not until I finally shouted, "SHUT UP!" All of them went out silent as they've looked at me with their eyes confused and horrified. "What?", Camicazi said blankly. 

"I know you're all angry at me but please, just calm down and no fighting!", I begged them. "Please guys, no fighting."

The others crossed their arms on their waist as they've watched at my serious face. "I know that you guys mad at me because of my relationship with the dragon. And I wanna say I am sorry, okay?"

"Eh?", they went unhinged on their thoughts. "What do you mean?"

"I know you guys are so mad at me and I wanna say I am sorry for that!", I bowed at them with an apologetic tone. "And all I want right now is forgiveness but you should understand the newly situation right now about me and Dad."

"Yeah, I know..", Jaden rolled his eyes away. 

"And yet again, they're gonna all out their attack against dragons on the Dragon's Nest..", Silver added. 

"I also know that too, Silver.", I frowned. Shianne saw a six dragons on the arena, cages with their roaring sound. "Huh? Aren't those--.. Dragons?" Everyone including me watching at the imprisoned dragons as they've roared harmony, struggling onto the jail. I notices some familiar dragons that we've encountered before. 

There are Thunderdrum (a tidal class), Deadly Nadder (a sharp class), Monstrous Nightmare (a stoker class), and some two new dragons that we seen just now. On the right corner, a dragon with a bluish skin with green on the pointed dragon body along a big tail and having a fish-looking body.  It also has tendrils that can believed that the dragon was belonged to the Tidal Class. On the left side, it has spike patterns over at the body. It also has talons all over their mouth and suddenly, it flames itself by its wings. 

"What are those? New species?", Ivory asked to us. I have no idea what kind of dragons are they because they're new to us, the Krellians. But one of them answered. 

"If I guessed correctly, that Tidal class dragon is a Shockjaw while the other one is a stoker class called Moldruffle.", Jaden is the one who replied Ivory's questions. "Those dragons are newly captured one when they've invading our village.", and he added.

"New dragons? I would try to train them now.", my eyes sparkled upon the responses and I was gathered an interesting feeling to train them by myself. But some of them, disagreed.

"What did you said?! Training them?! You crazy?!", Jaden yelled. 

"Yes, I am crazy! It's a worth a shot, Jaden!", I winked lightly until I looked at Camicazi. "Camicazi, open those two cages now." And then, I commanded her to unlock the cages. 

"Wait what?!", Camicazi exclaimed. "Are you-?!"

"Don't say it, Camicazi. Yes, I am crazy one but I am interested to train these new dragons.", I huffed and finally, I smiled with a confidence. Later, I turned my head at them, "Guys, better stay outta this!"

"Stay? What are you up to?", Silver asked. 

"Like I said, training dragons.."

Without Camicazi's warning, she unlocked the two cages of Moldruffle and the Shockjaw. "What the-?" I gasped as Camicazi didn't said that she is gonna open it without my orders. "Seriously?"

The others shouted as they're on panic including Shianne where she climbed at above the cage. The two dragons went out and goes to approach me. The Moldruffle's tail and its wings were covered by flames as it growled out loudly. Meanwhile, the Shockjaw showed some electricity over its body, causing my hair to stand a little bit. 

"That is not appropriate of greeting people."

Until, the two dragons make their move by firing both of their blasts at me. "Mazrieth!" I dodged it but mostly as I know that Moldruffle fires a red flame whilst the Shockjaw fires its lightning blast. "For the love of thor..."

They're agile against me as their prior opponent. I felt a little nervous but as one blast hits onto a Shockjaw's body, revealing itself when the Moldruffle shot a blast against it. Instead of attacking me, they've fight each other. 

"What the Thor?", I gulped and watching them fighting. But as they're clashing each other with their blasts, I stood up between them. "Stop!" Until I raised my both hands as I stopped them. At the same time, the two dragons roared against me but I remained calm as I breathed carefully. Timing, my right and left hand levered up through their heads and closing my eyes as I prayed myself that it should worked. 

I waited for their opportunity to create a trust between the two dragons over at my sight. Until, a soft touch beneath their heads onto my palms as I was glad to see that they're gaining their trust at me. "It works. It works!!"

Shianne and everyone went silent and shocked as I demonstrated on how to tame a real dragon. "How did you do that?"

"Does this answer my apologies and my proof, guys?", I smirked at them. "Actions speak louder than words actually work..."
