Stupid alarm clock. Always waking me up at 7 a.m. for stupid school. Why can't school just start at, like, 10 a.m like for others. It's whatever I guess.
Anywho. I rolled out of bed and looked in my mirror that is on my vanity. Gosh, am I really that ugly?
"Lex, get your butt ready for school." My mom's voice was heard from downstairs. I rolled my eyes and went to the bathroom. I did my business and went over to my closet to pick out an outfit for school.

I then grabbed my phone, backpack and went downstairs.
"Goodmorning, sweetie." My mom said as she placed some pancakes on my plate. "Hey." I simply replied as I checked the notifications I had on my phone. "Will you need a ride to school?" She asked again. I sighed and placed my phone on the table. "No, Dylan is picking me up." I said to her as I grabbed an apple slice and took a bite out of it. "You're still hanging out with that boy?" She asked me again. I looked up at her from my delicious apple slice. "Yes, do you have a problem with that?" I said to her with a sweet smile. She shook her head and placed the plates on the table. "Lexee, when are you going to let me meet your boyfriend?" She said to me which made me almost choke on my apple. "I'll let you meet him when I meet him myself." I said to her and a car beeped its horn outside. "Gotta go, love you." I quickly said to her and ran out of the house to Dylan's car.
"Sup, homie." I said to him and gave him a fist bump. "Sup, idiot." He replied making us both laugh. "You ready for Junior year?" He asked me as I buckled up. "Not at all." I said with a sigh. "Cheer up, maybe there will be some cute boys for you to snatch." He said and drove to school. I just giggled and plugged the aux cord to my phone. We jammed to some Post Malone on our way to school.
[At school]
"Ugh, why did summer go by so fast?" I said and shook my head as we got out of the car. "I don't know the anwser to that." Dylan said as we went towards the school gates. "That was a rethorical question, idiot." I said making him chuckle. "Trust me, when you'll see Jade things will change." He said to me as we entered the school. "It better. Did the locker shit change?" I asked as I looked up at him. "Is that a rethorical question too?" He asked me as he looked down at me. "No." I simply replied. "Then no, idiot." He said and chuckled. "Let's just go and get the schedules." I said as I dragged him to the office.
[15 minutes later]
"The principal didn't change shit over the summer." I said with a laugh as we made our way to our lockers. "He got a new tie." Dylan said and shrugged. I slightly nodded my head and didn't say a word. "Look who is at your locker, idiot." Dylan said to me, causing me to zone back in reality.
I looked up to see Jade leaning against my locker, tapping her foot as she waited for me. "Sup, idiot." I said to her. She looked up at me and pulled me into her embrace. "Hey betch." She said and hugged me tighter. She then hugged and said hi to Dylan. "Get your god damn shit together and let's get going to class." She said and opened my locker. Yes, she knows my combination. I put the stuff, that I didn't need for maths in my locker. We said bye to Dylan and Jade dragged me by my arm to maths. She squeled when we made it to the classroom. The bell rang and I took a seat at the back of the class. Jade obviously took the seat at the front cause she adores maths. I, on the other hand, can't stand it.
I tapped my pen on my notebook as I waited for the teacher to start her boring teaching. I was sitting alone, so that's a plus for me. Well, I thought that I was sitting alone.
"Hey." I heard a deep voice coming from my left. I turned my head to see the devil himself which made me snort. "Boy, bye."
