Chapter twenty-six

~Ethan's P.O.V~ (yas gurl)

My eyes slowly opened up as I yawned. My gaze averted to the sight that was on top of me; Lexee was peacefully sleeping on top of me. Her hands rested on my chest, so was her head, her legs on both sides of my body. Our legs were kind of interwined My arms were wrapped around her waist as my hands rested on her lower-back. I planted a soft kiss on the top of her head.

I heard the door slowly open up so I turned my head to that direction. Grayson's head poked out as he peaked inside my room. A wide smile grew on his face as he saw us. He then fully stepped into my room and made a silent 'awh' come out of his mouth. I weakly smiled and nodded my head towards him and said 'shh' quietly to him.

"Dinner is ready. Get down in a few." Grayson quietly said to me and I nodded, showing him that I understood. He walked out of my room, closing the door quietly.

I slowly brang my hand up and under her shirt. My other hand still rested on her butt. I gently started rubbing circles on her bare back. I pressed another kiss on the top of her head.

"Lexee." I spoke in a soft tone.
A quiet groan was hears coming from her.
"Wake up, babygirl." I said to her as I continued to rub her back.
"I don't wanna." She spoke with her eyes still closed.
"Dinner is ready though." I said as I stopped rubbing her back. I saw her eyes slowly open either because I mentioned about dinner or because I stopped rubbing her back. Another groan escaped her mouth as she slowly sat up. She was not sitting on my lap, her legs on each side of me. I lifted my upper-body so I was face-to-face with her.
"Gimme a kiss." I said to her, she closed her eyes and pushed out her lips. I deeply chuckled and connected our lips together.

"Guys are you coming or wh- Oh my gosh, okay, sorry to interrupt." Grayson busted inside my room through the door but then quickly covered his eyes. Me and Lexee pulled away quickly, I felt heat rush to my cheeks; I was blushing and so was Lexee. Lexee then bursted into a fit of laughter after realizing in what position we were in; she was on my lap, a blanket over us and we were basically making out. I can't say that I don't like it.
"Grayson, we'll be down in a bit. Knock next time you ass." I said sternly to him as he interrupted us. Grayson chuckled, put his hands up in surrender and left my room once again. He left the door open, of course.
"Lets go eat." Lexee simply said and got off of my lap. I jokingly pouted my lips and followed her downstairs.
Once we reached the bottom of the stairs, I gave her a quick peck on her perfectly shaped lips and we walked to the dinning room.

"Come, sit." My mom motioned for us to come and sit down at the table and eat some dinner.
"So.." She started up a conversation that apparently everyone was interested in. We continued to eat our dinner.

[After dinner]

~Lexee's P.O.V~

We had dinner, it was delicious let me tell you that. Lisa has the best recipes for everything. She's an amazing cook and knows her way around the kitchen pretty well.

Ethan walked me home. I insisted that he would stay at his house, but he disagreed with me and still walked me to my house considering that it was already around 8 p.m. I'm not complaining though; I got to spend more time with him.

I was currently sitting at my desk in my bedroom, struggling with some homework. Oh, how I hate history. Always so much homework that the teacher expects us to finish in only a few hours before a new day comes.

Soon enough, I got out of the sea of homework, not fully drowning. I put the books in my backpack that I needed for tomorrow. I threw my backpack beside my desk on the floor and went to my wardrobe. I picked out some black short shorts, a white cropped tank-top and turned off the lights. The fairy lights above my bed automatically turned on, causing my room to have dim lighting in it.

I got under the covers of my bed and took my phone in my hands. I wanted to wish Ethan a good night before I drift off myself.

Once I texted him, we chatted for a bit. Then, we ended off saying goodnight to eachother with a few hearts here and there. I plugged my phone to the charger and placed it onto my nightstand beside my bed. I got more comfortable under the covers of my bed and stared at the ceiling for a few seconds, minutes maybe even hours.

A huge wave of thoughts came crashing down onto my tiny mind. My head started to pound really badly. What is even happening? I then found myself starting to slowly fall into deep sleep. I let sleep take over me, hoping, that the headache will end when a new day begins.
