~Lexee's P.O.V~

[The following morning]

I woke up from my stupid alarm clock. Gosh my head hurts.. ugh. It's Tueaday. I have school.
I slowly try to sit on my bed without causing my head to explode. Success.
"Lexee, hurry up!" My mother's voice echoed through my poor ears.
I got up from my bed and did my business in the bathroom.
I went to my wardrobe and picked out my outfit for the day.

I brushed my hair, grabbed my backpack, phone and head downstairs, closing my bedroom door behind me

I brushed my hair, grabbed my backpack, phone and head downstairs, closing my bedroom door behind me.

"Morning, darling." My mother greeted me once I reached the bottom of the stairs. I waved at her and sat down at the kitchen table.

"So where were you last night?" She asks me as she puts two pancakes on my plate.
"At the twins house." I simply reply as I take a sip of my tea.
"Did that Ethan boy do anything to you?" She asks me again, her face getting slightly red out of anger.

My mom knows how Ethan used to bully me. She dislikes Ethan because of it, but still says that we'd go well together.

"No, we just hung out." I said, taking another sip of my tea. My mother squinted her eyes and nodded her head to my reply. I started to eat my breakfast as she sipped on her coffee.

A sudden 'ding' was heard from my phone, meaning that I just got a notification.

From Ethan 😈😝 : Be out in a few minutes, babe. ❤

I felt a light red color coming across my face as soon as I read the text message.

"Babe?" I thought to myself.

I just replied with a 'kay' and put my dishes in the dishwasher so my mother wouldn't have to do much at home. I swung my backpack over my right shoulder as my mom was watching my every move.

"Why is Ethan picking you up?" She asked me as she washed her cup.
"I honestly don't know," I said and hugged my mom, "Bye, momma."
She hugged me back and I left the house through the front door.

I made my way to Ethan's black BMW. I looked at his face and he was smiling at me. I slightly smiled back and got inside the car.

"Hello, beautiful." He said in his iconic low voice.
"Sup, dumbass." I replied to him, ignoring his nickname for me.
"Why so cold?" He asked me as he pulled out of the side of the road.
"Why so nice?" I said to him as I looked through the window. I heard him let out a sigh.
"I can't be nice to my friend?" He asked me, I can already feel the smirk on his perfectly designed face.
"Friend?" I asked him as I looked at him.
"Yes, friend." He repeated.
"Um... I don't recall being friends with a fuckboy." I said to him, confusion written all over my face.
"Well, you made-out with this fuckboy last night, babe." He said to me as my face got read from the words that just left his mouth.
"I- WHAT?" I question-yelled as he laughed at me. I put my hands on my face to hide my blush that was spread all over my face.
"I do not recall anything that happened last night." I said as the blush slowly left my face.
"You're a good kisser." He said with a smirk.
"Shut up. The kiss meant nothing." I stated my opinion to him as we reached the school. He parked the car and locked to doors.
"The fuck are you doing?" I asked him as I tried to open the passenger side door.
"Listen, princess," he said as he gently placed his hand on my thigh causing me to turn to his face and look at his eyes, "we agreed that what happened last night meant nothing unless you want it to." He said. I nodded as I remembered that.
"So, do you really want to throw that away?" He asked me with a smirk as his eyes turned light. I thought for a little bit but stayed quiet as I continued to be amazed by his beautiful eyes.
"I'm giving you one day to think about it. I just want to do one thing before you leave my car." He looks at my eyes. I was about to say something, but before I know it, our lips are together. They're moving in sync. They fit perfectly. The short-lasting moment soon came to an end. He pulled away and softly smiled at me. I looked down, just now noticing, that we were holding hands his whole time. I was still in shock.
"See ya." I said, let go of his perfect hand and left the car. The doors were unlocked, luckily.

I made my way through the school doors, the events that had just happened flashing through my head.
What the actual fuck just happened...

I went to my locker, only to be greeted by no one. I took the stuff that I needed and made my way to literature class.
I looked through the door window of the class. Everyone was sitting in their seats.
Shit, I'm late.
I inhaled a few breaths and went inside the classroom. The teacher looked up at me and lowered her glasses to the tip of her nose.

"Mrs. Smith, may I ask you why are you late to class?" She asked me in a soft tone.
"Excuse me, Mrs. Lillian, but some strange events happened this morning. I forgot to check the time." I replied as nicely as I could. She nodded her head and pointed to my seat, beside Jade. Thank God.

I made my way to Jade and sat down in my seat.
The teacher continued saying whatever she was saying. I wrote some stuff down that looked important to me.

"Spill." Jade said to me as she wrote down some stuff as well. I put my pen down and looked at Jade. She did the same, she just looked at me and waited for me to say something.

"Jade, Ethan has changed."
