An hour and a half later, we had managed to make a list of all the things we would like to talk about during our presentation. For now we had:

1. Women role before the WW2

2. Women's role during the war

3. Impacts of the war on women a

"This is bullshit!" I said to Dexter, yawning, "How are we supposed to talk for forty five minutes based on that? We need something more detailed, more structured."

"So, do you have any better ideas?" He asked me, exhausted as well.

It should be illegal to study on Saturday.

I just looked at him, defeat clear on my face.

"Then let's just write a few words about each of the categories and call it a day. Okay?"

I slipped one of my arms away from my temple and let my head fall to the table with a loud thud.

"Ouch," I mumbled, "I meant to do that."

I actually didn't. I mean, I meant to let my head fall but hurting myself wasn't part of the prosses.

"Sure," he teased. I could hear a bit of amusement in his voice but his mouth was set in a straight line.

I didn't know why, but I huffed in defeat.

Was I trying to get some type of reaction out of this arrogant son of a bun?

Why would I be doing something like that?

Maybe it's because of my building curiosity of wanting to see his the dimples I'd heard so much about.

"Why don't we take a break?" he proposed, "We've been at it none stop since we got here.

"That sounds great," I groaned, rubbing my eyes. "Oh, I have an idea," I then said out of the blue. "Why don't we write down like 5 questions each to ask them to one and other to get to know the other better?"

He looked at me confused, "Why would we do that?"

"To get to know each other better? I mean we are stuck with each other for the next six week. We might as well get to know each other. And what do we know, might even be fun!" I shrugged. As I said the last part, I brought my two thumbs up to prove a point, with fake excitement but I knew very well that I wasn't fooling anybody.

I had no idea where the idea had come from but it intreated me nonetheless. I guess, I was interested in understanding the mystery that was Dexter Everett.

"Yeah, but having fun isn't going to get us a better grade."

"I know that! But it's not just about the grade, is it? We have six weeks to finish this project so we might as well try to have a good time while doing so, don't you think?"

"Honestly, no."

"Well too bad! I hate getting bored and guess what, I've been bored out of my mind for the last hour and a half and I refuse to go on like this."

"I guess it's too bad for you then!" He was getting pissed by then, I could tell because his voice was getting louder and because... well because of his face.

"Listen up, I'll not be able to give my hundred percent to project if I do not enjoy it and we need my creativity because from what I've heard and seen you ain't got any."

He stared at me for a second, then he said, "Okay fine," he rubbed his face, "We do have nothing better to do."

"Great!" I replied surprised.
