Chapter Eleven - Your Soulmate Your Love

You stared at the tattoo, too stunned to speak. You looked from the tattoo to his face. His eyes were a little glassy, as if he was about to cry, but there was the same confident smile on his face as usual.

"I've finally found my soulmate, and I couldn't be happier with who it was," Leon said. You felt dizzy.

"W-Whaa-" you stammered. Smooth. Leon didn't let you catch your breath and leaned forward, locking his lips with yours. You were startled, but slowly melted into it. You closed your eyes and kissed back, putting your arms around his neck. It felt so right being there kissing him. You couldn't believe it, Leon actually was your soulmate!

Eventually, you had to pull apart.

"I already was in love with you before I found out you were my soulmate," you said, blushing. "I-I was afraid it was going to be someone else."

"I was in love with you too," Leon replied. "I kinda felt like you were going to be my soulmate after I met you." You smiled, before realizing where you were.

"Uh we better get out of here before someone figures out you're in the fucking girls' bathroom," you giggled.

"Yeah, I was about to say...." Leon rubbed the back of his neck. "But I had to come in here y'know? I couldn't just leave you in here feeling upset." You both walked out of the stall and left, passing a girl with a disgusted expression as Leon walked out. She muttered something along the lines 'pervert'. You sent a glare at her. Nobody insults your Leon. Leon grabbed your arm before you could do anything.

"Let's ditch school," Leon suggested. The hallways were empty, so class must have started. "It's better than getting a detention for being late. They don't care this was an important situation." You nodded in agreement, and you both successfully sneaked off campus without being caught. You went into Leon's black truck, and he drove off campus.

"Where are we going?" you asked. Leon turned slightly red.

"I was thinking we could go back to my place," Leon replied, winking at you. Your face practically exploded in red. He laughed. "Well we wouldn't do anything dirty, unless you actually want to." He smirked and you playfully punched his arm.

"You're too kinky for your own good," you said. "But sure let's go."

"I live in an apartment right in Tokyo," Leon said. "I moved out of my parents' home ages ago." You nodded.

"Same here," you replied, but that wasn't the full truth. You didn't want to explain. It hurt. Your expression must have changed as you thought about this, because Leon put a hand on your knee.

"Are you okay?" Leon asked.

"Y-Yeah, let's go," you said. Leon was already driving. How could you 'go'. You felt like slapping yourself. Leon didn't notice anything more thank goodness. Eventually you pulled into a parking lot of a tall building that looked amazing.

"Wow, this place is amazing!" you exclaimed.

"Yeah, when I transferred to Hope's Peak they funded me for an apartment so basically like a scholarship," Leon explained. "Pretty neat, huh?" You nodded excitedly. You stepped out of Leon's truck and followed him inside to a room in the higher levels. To say at the least, it was amazing. It was neat and had a nice leather couch, along with a fairly big tv that had a movie on pause. What, was he running late and forgot to turn off the tv? You chuckled to yourself.

"Make yourself at home, because this is going to be your home soon," said Leon, stretching. You blushed.

"Getting confident, are we?" you teased. Leon turned around with a smirk on his face.

"You bet I am," Leon replied. He walked over to you, getting so close you could feel the heat coming off of his body. You blushed and attempted to step back, but Leon put his arms on your shoulders, and leaned close to your ear. "And I'm a little confident over something else too." You would have swooned but he was holding you in place. You giggled.

"Okay, let's watch a movie," you said, pulling out of his grip and walking over to the couch. Leon glared at you. You giggled. As he started to walk over to the couch, you laid down, sticking your tongue out at him.

"Oh come onnnn," whined Leon. He tried to move your legs but you weren't gonna budge. He grumbled to himself, before suddenly a small smile came onto his face. Oh no. Something was going to happen. You opened your mouth, but Leon's hands started pulling off his jacket and then his shirt. Your face grew hot as you saw his abs, and he suddenly lifted you up and got onto the couch, holding you like a teddy bear.

"L-L-Leon!" you stammered. He laughed. Oh how that laugh made you happy.

"Since you were being difficult I had to get you back," Leon said.

"Jokes on you because I like this!" you blurted out without thinking. You saw Leon's face, which had turned slightly pink. You were about to stammer an apology but thought otherwise. "I mean it, y'know."

"You're too cute," Leon said. You smiled. Suddenly, you started squirming. "H-Hey! Stop, I'm not letting you go!" He was right, he wasn't letting you go. His arms were so strong after all those years of baseball. His arms had no trouble keeping you from leaving. Leon was laughing so hard so you decided to surprise him. You licked his cheek.

Leon immediately went quiet from shock and his grip loosened, just enough for you to escape. You stuck your tongue out at him.

"Haha, I win," you gloated.

"No fair!" Leon exclaimed while pouting. "I want my teddy back."

"If it makes you feel better, you taste good," you said, winking. Leon narrowed his eyes before getting back up. He walked over to you and got just inches from your face. You instinctively recoiled.

"I'm wondering how you taste~" Leon said seductively.

"OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS SO DIRTY GET THE HOLY WATER!" you shouted. Leon backed up from your outburst. "Nooo come back." You leaped forward and hugged him, pressing against Leon. He patted your head.

"I think we should take a nap," Leon said.

"Noooo," you replied. "I don't have any clothes to sleep in anyway." Leon grabbed you by the arm and lead you to a room. Inside was obviously his bedroom. There was a guitar on a stand in the corner, along with a lot of punk rock posters. In another corner was a dresser with lots of trophies and medals from his baseball career, along with a shiny bat leaning against it with a glove hanging from it. Leon walked over to the dresser and pulled open a drawer and pulled out black shorts and a shirt identical to the one he was wearing before he took it off. Not that you were complaining.

"Here, wear this," Leon handed you the clothes and sat on the bed. You stared at him. "What."

"Out. I'm gonna change," you hissed.

"Whaaat? You're my soulmate so you're mine. Besides, it's my room," Leon retorted.

"OUT!" You grabbed Leon and pushed him out of the room, locking the door behind him. You quickly changed and was about to unlock the door when something caught your eye. You saw a picture of a beautiful girl next to Leon on his bedpost. You walked over. The girl had pale blonde hair and had almost the same color eyes as Leon. He looked younger in the picture, about 14. His hair was a lot shorter and he had on a sports uniform. The girl had a similiar outfit except she had a hat that said 'manager' on it. This must be that cousin he was talking about. You walked to the door and unlocked it. Leon looked at you with a slight blush on his face.

"You look great in my clothes," Leon said. You giggled. "Come on let's take that nap." He flopped like a fish onto the bed but still made it look attractive. You laid next to him and suddenly felt how tired you were. Earlier was stressful and then there was so much excitement when you found out Leon was your soulmate. Leon wrapped his arms around you and pulled you towards him, and you felt soothed from his warmth. Slowly, your blinking became slower until you fell asleep.
