Chapter 29: The new rival

"Ok now press the clutch down and move the gearstick into first gear." Josh instructed and Yo nodded, very calm.

"That motherfucker car is coming straight at us, WATCH OUT BABY," Pha shouted from the back seat.

Yo was so startled that he let go of the clutch completely, "P'Pha! We're not even on the road yet, I have not even started."

Josh slumped back on his seat murmuring under his breath, "Should have know not to bring him with us."

"I'm sorry baby, I was just warning you. This Josh doesn't seems to care if a car comes straight at you." He replied glaring at Josh. Pha was on the back seat but he inserted his big self in the middle of the two front seats and now he was leaning towards Yo with a pout.

Yo sighed, his boyfriend can be such a child sometimes. They started again and it was a dolorous ride, with Pha shouting and screaming at very little things.

"Slow down baby, you're going too fast. You can get into an accident." 

"But P'Pha, i'm already going at 30!"

And the whole ride was like this,

"Watch out for that bicycle, it's coming too close to our car."

"Why that ***** had to cross right in front of our car, he wants to die or what?"

"There a dog over there, i can see it in the distance, don't run over it ok."

"Yes, turn the wheel like that, no no no you're doing it wrong."

"That's not the way to do it, Josh come behind. Let me teach him myself, you are worthless!"

They finally returned back safely, Yo did managed to learn something despite his screaming and panicking boyfriend in the back.

"You did good Yo, at this rate you will drive your own car in no time." Josh ruffled his hair smiling at him proudly.

"Ahemmm," Pha came next to Yo and glared at the hand on his head.

Josh took his hand back, "Tomorrow Yo, I will wait for your classes to end." Yo nodded and waved goodbye to him.

He turned to leave but remembered something, "And yes, leave your boyfriend behind." 

Pha gasped at the request, he turned to Yo, "What? Are you really going without me? No you can't, i'm not letting you alone with him."

"P'Pha, you're distracting me from learning so you must stay behind unfortunately."

Pha's face turned so sad that Yo was starting to feel bad, he hugged him tightly around his waist, "Trust me P'Pha, I don't want to be a second apart from you but it's for our own benefits. I will learn faster and will get my license quicker."

Pha hugged him back and placed a soft kiss on his nose, "At least then you will no longer be spending time with him. I agree. Get your license fast baby."

Yo nodded and started jumping around, full of excitement, "P'Pha, what kind of car do you think dad will buy for me? What kind will suit me best..."

Pha smiled seeing his baby's excited face until a new realization filled him with horror. Yo will get his own car, he won't need Pha to take him to and back from school then. He would become more independent and won't reply on him that much.

Ohhh shit, that car was going to be his most fatal rival so far....

The next day Yo was coming out from his class to find P'Josh waiting for him in front of his faculty. He was surrounded by screaming girls who wanted to take pictures with him as if he was a celebrity. He turned to his friends, "Ok guys I'm off now. It time for my driving lessons."
