I stared into the guys eyes as his gun amed to my head. The tears rushed down cheeks feeling like this would be the last thing I saw. The other guy hodling my writs behind my back tightned his grip even more. I could feel the bruses coming trough on my wrist just by how tight his grip was.
The sound of the front door opening echoed trough the house. All heads snapped to the hallway. I knew it was Yoongi and I was terrified of what was going to happen to him.
"speak of the devil" the red hooded man commented with a grin plastered on his face.
"Mike! go and say hello to Suga and give him a gift from me" the red hooded man said to the guy, that I know knew was called Mike. The red hooded man handed him another gun as Mike let go of my wrists. I quickly rubbed my wrist as they were stinging from the pain. Mike quickly walked out of the room with the gun in his right hand.
"Don't worry he won't feel a thing" the man said to me reffering to the fact that Mike was on his way to kill Yoongi.
"please don't" I begged as I rather want him to kill me than him.
"it's too late to beg now" he grinned at me proud of his wrong doing. The gun fired down stairs and my breathing was shaking, and I was trying my hardest to keep myself from falling to my feet crying my eyes out.
"what are you going to do now? Kill me? " I asked feeling empty inside knowing that Yoongi was laying dead down stairs.
"what's the fun in that?" he asked making me sick. At this point I would rather die than live a day without Yoongi.
"I'm going to let you live so you can live with the pain of knowing this all your fault" and those were his last words before another gun shot fired trough the house. The man feel to the floor right in front of my feet. I frooze looking at him without any feeling, not feeling bad for him. I looked at him as he stuggled to breath. I saw the gun shot, he was shot in his upper back. I stepped away not wanting to be near the man laying on the ground, he didn't deserve my pitty.
I looked up my eyes landing on the least expected. In the door frame stood Yoongi, looking at me with worried eyes. I thought I would run into his arms and kiss him, but I didn't have the urdge. I only took at him gave him a reassuring smile. I stepped over the now probably dead man and walked over to him. Yoongi walked closer to me and quickly pulled me into his chest and hugged me tightly.
Cars drove into the driveway making the well know nose of police sirens on the outside of the house.
"Are you ok?" Yoongi asked frantically still hugging me.
"Yes I'm fine" I answered softly. I pulled away from the hug and placed my hand in his instead.
"I think we have a lot to explain to the police" I said and walked with him out of the room.
We made our way down the hallway. We walk down the hallway in silence. Strangely I felt so safe with Yoongi just by my side. I felt safe even though I was almost shot and so was Yoongi.
Yoongi told me to stay at the top of the stairs, usually I would disagree but at this point after all that's happened, I listened to him. I stood at the top of the stairs watching Yoongi explain and talk to the police. Yoongi did most of the talking, at one point turning pointing at me and continuing with his sentence. I glanced over the living room. People in white suits covering up the body of Mike. My stomach turned at the thought of the fact that there were actual dead bodies laying in this house.
I had no idea who those people were if the men that broke in were drug dealers, gang members or just people who wanted some money and maybe some jewelry. I wanted to ask Yoongi but I was worried he would become angry or we'd end up in a fight. Everything had been so great between us and I didn't want to mess it up.
Yoongi turned away from the police and walked up the stairs to where I stood.
"We have to leave the house for now" Yoongi explained with a serious face watching the police and others walking around in his house.
"Where are you staying?" I asked not wanting to say "we" I didn't know I could say it.
"Can I come to your apartment? And stay there?" He asked with pleading soft eyes.
I really didn't want to, I hated my apartment. It was nothing like this house. I felt like I lived in an actual trash apartment compared to his house. I felt insecure about my living situation.
"Sure" I said with a fake smile.
"Great, we'll leave in just a second" he said giving me a quick peek on the cheek and running down the stairs again.
I sighed walking down the stairs sloppy thinking of what to say when we got to my apartment.
"You ok?" A man asked. I looked up, my eyes landing on a young good looking police officer.
"I don't know actually" I answered truthfully.
"Looks like your boyfriend owed these men some money" he commented looking at the covered up man on the floor.
"Money for what?" I asked just wanting to know the maybe obvious answer.
"You probably already know that your boyfriend is into the drug world" he said in a mocking tone and a way too confident face.
"You don't know anything about me or my boyfriend, and please don't accuse someone without evidence. I thought maybe you officers already knew these things" I snapped back. Yoongi quickly came running up behind me, and swinging his arm around my waist.
"Let's go" he said dangling a key to his car keys by my face.
I gave him a fake smile. I was thinking about what the officer had said. I hoped it was a lie, but it wouldn't be so far off. I knew what Yoongi has previously been into.
Now I understand why people hate the police.
