"OI! SIRIU—" JESSIE began to call out, jumping to escape her parents. Her father grabbed my a chunk of hair, causing her to help and stumble back.

"If you are caught talking to that blood traitor, you'll soon find yourself in his shoes. Do I make myself clear?" snarled Mr. Black.

He hadn't signed up for another child, it was completely his wife's fault, he decided. And next to his other children, she was the worst yet. Mind Andromeda, but she wasn't his daughter anymore.

"Yes, sir," she said, as Sirius stopped dead in his tracks watching her.

"Go on, and tell him you aren't allowed to talk him and your other little friends anymore, yeah?" He gave her a push forward.

Jessie stood up straight, taking her things to the train. "Don't talk to me until the train is out of the station," she glared at the boys as she passed them and made her way onto the train.

Jessie prayed the train would pull out fast, she needed to talk to Sirius. He was just disowned by his parents. She had to make sure her cousin had a place to live and food to eat and so on. Jessie watched, alone in her compartment as the train took off. She relaxed against her seat for a moment before the boys burst into the compartment with thousands of questions.

"Why couldn't we talk to you?" asked Remus  as he sat next to her.

Jessie didn't even have to open her mouth.

"Because of me. I'm a disgrace to the whole Black family now," Sirius said glaring out the window.

"You do have someone to stay with, don't you?" Jessie asked sitting up straight.

James grinned from next to Sirius, patting his best mate on the back. "He's always got a place with the Potter's."

"Of course he does," she smiled at her friends. Her smiled quickly fell. Her heart hammered as she watched Regulus walk past, glancing into the compartment.

Jessie cursed loudly, tripping over Remus and Peter's feet trying to get out. She shouted for Regulus. He turned on heel, telling his friends to keep going.

"What is it, Jessica? Your parents won't like you sitting with them. You should come sit with my friends and I. You'll see a lot more of them in a few years," Regulus shrugged with his hands tucked in his pockets.

"Regulus. Don't tell my parents," she begged him.

"Meet me after hours," Regulus leaned forward to whisper a location in her ear. She shuddered taking a step back. His breath was warm against her neck, send a shiver straight down her spine. His dark eyes studied her, a smirk on his thin, pale lips.
