Chapter 22

Bae Mirae

  "Oppa do you know, it was my fantasy to kiss during sunrise"I unintentionally blurted out my fantasy. "Then let me fulfill it"He whispered as he leaned closer. He cupped my face making my heart beat crazily.  

I could feel his soft breathe on my lips, our lips were about touch when we heard chanyeol sunbae's voice. "Baekhyun-ah, you are early today"He said and he walked towards ; making us maintain distance. He should be awarded with Cock- blocker award.

"Ah! yes"Baekhyun oppa said and awkwardly coughed while I stared at everywhere expect baekhyun oppa. Aish!! My fantasy was about to come true but this sunbae ruined everything. I hate him so much!!!

"Oh! Mirae is here too."He finally noticed me. "Were you doing something?"He asked with a teasing tone and smirk never left his lips. 

"We would've if you didn't ruined it"I muttered under my breathe but somehow baekhyun oppa managed to hear that and laughed out a loud. His laughter sounded like a melody to my ears.Only I know how long I've been longing to hear that laughter.

"Why are you laughing baek?"Chanyeol sunbae raised his eyebrows at Baekhyun oppa. "Nothing"He said and stopped laughing again. "But why are you here Yeol?"He asked chanyeol sunbae. "Ah! right , I came here to tell you guys to get ready by 8, we are going for a picnic"Chanyeol sunbae answered baek oppa and we both nodded.

"I'll leave then, you can continue whatever you can do"He walked away laughing like a maniac. "Is he crazy since birth?"I gave baekhyun oppa a confused look but instead of answering he laughed for the second time. 

"Why are you laughing?"I laughed along with him. His laughter is so contagious. "Nothing! Its just that you're too cute"He said and pinched my cheeks making me blush too hard. He suddenly leaned closer and our faces were literally few centimeters apart. My heart was beating crazily and I don't know why but I closed my eyes shut. He breathe was hovering over lips and my heart started beating like crazy. I waited for his lips to meet my mine but that never happened. He laughed again making me open my eyes. 

"Were you expecting a kiss?"He raised his eyebrow and gave me a teasing look. "What! NO! Why would I?"I tried defending myself even though I was low key expecting him to kiss me. "Sure!"He said and rolled his eyes.

"I'll go and get ready"I said and ran off to my room while he laughed in the background.

When I entered the room I and Inha shared, Inha was no where to be found.I walked inside the bathroom and took a shower and changed into the beach dress I and Inha brought last summer but we had no chance to visit beach.

After changing I headed to kitchen where everyone was packing food. "Want some help?"I asked Jackson. "No its fine"He said and gave me his ever charming smile. I just nodded and walked to couch where sehun was sitting along with Baekhyun oppa.

"Hyung what do I do? I am being ignored!!"I heard him  say as I sat next to Sehun .  "Who is ignoring you sehun-ah?"I butted in their conversation. "You don't have to know"he coldly shrugged me off. "Tell me~"I whined shaking him. "Never"He had his poker face on.

I stood up and sat next to  baekhyun oppa. "Oppa you tell me"I clung on his arm. "Inha is ignoring him"Baekhyun oppa didn't even think before answering and sehun had 'You betrayed me' look on his face.

"I hate you hyung, I'll never ever share anything with you hyung."he stood up and left with an annoyed expression, leaving me and baekhyun oppa alone in the living room all by ourselves. Before we could speak Chanyeol Sunbae called out for us and we all headed to beach.

After reaching the beach, first thing  I and Inha did was to change into Bikinis we brought. There was no one on the beach except for eight of us. So It wasn't that uncomfortable. When We walked back to beach everyone was already inside the water except for Baekhyun oppa.

"Lets go inside water"Inha cheered as she ran towards everyone. "You go, I'll come"I said and she nodded.

I walked to baekhyun oppa who was sitting alone. "Why are you sitting alone?"I asked him as I sat next to him. "I couldn't be bothered"he replied with a lazy tone. "but why are you wearing that?"his gaze didn't shift. "What?!"I asked him, totally confused.

"That bikini! Are you trying to seduce me?"He raised an eyebrow while turning to me. I became speechless. "Because its working"He said and lifted my chin. He leaned closer and our lips almost touched.

"Haha! I can't believe you fell for it twice"He laughed at my face making me angry. "I hate you"I stood up and walked away from him. How can he trick me like that?!

Suddenly a devilish plan crossed my mind. Why should he be the only one to trick me?-devilish laugh-

I jumped inside the water making sure that baekhyun oppa saw me. For few minutes I swam normally but then started to pretend sinking and shouted "Help! Baekhyun oppa! help"

After few second he came running into water. He swam to me and held me by my waist. "Are you okay?"He looked scared. I stared at his face for few minutes before bursting out laughing.

"You aren't the only who can trick people"I laughed and showed my tongue, teasing him.  "You little trickster, I really thought you were drowning"He pinched my nose..

"Now that you're already in water, should we have some fun?"I suggestively raised my eyebrow. "No thanks, I am done"He said and swan back to shore leaving me pout by myself. 

Instead of sulking by myself I decided to enjoy swimming. I was swimming peacefully until I got a cramp. It was painful that I couldn't even swim.

"Baekhyun oppa help!!"I shouted as loud as I could.

"I won't fall for it twice Mirae-ah!!"I heard him shout back.

Before I knew it, I was already drowning and everything turned black.
