Chapter 14

Bae Mirae 

The way he kissed me can't be expressed by words. His lips were like cotton candy, soft and sweet. His kiss was short yet sweet. He pulled back leaving me a red mess. Without having an eye contact with him I headed to bleachers. I am too shy to face him right now.

I walked to the empty seats without looking at anyone.I sat on the empty seat beside Jaebum and Inha, sehun sat next to me. I gave Jaebum a small smile and focused my eyesight  in front. Game will start in 20 minutes so we'll have to wait. Sehun offered to buy drinks and snacks for us and Inha volunteered to help him so I am sitting alone right now.

I was looking at the ground searching for Baekhyun oppa when I felt tap on my right shoulder. I turned to face Jaebum. "What is it?" I smiled at him. He didn't say anything but handed me his phone.

Jackson was video calling with him. I fixed my hair and fixed the selfcam in the angle he could see my face properly. "Hey!!" I had nothing better to say. "Hey" He said and kept on staring. "So are you going to talk?"I raised my eyebrow. 

"Don't forget your promise, Cheer for me okay?"He gave me a smile but not like he always smiles. I nodded and he ended the call. I handed the phone to Jaebum and at same time Inha and Sehun returned back.

Game started and Baekhyun oppa's team was leading the game. It has only been 5 minutes since the game started yet his team already scored 5 points. Baekhyun oppa was the one who scored all five points. 

Our team aka the golden eagles didn't score a point yet but they didn't let river hawks score any point. They are doing a good job but if they just block players but don't score then our year will loose. Baekhyun oppa somehow got the ball again and scored another point. It was my cue to cheer for Jackson. So I stood up on my seat and shouted his name, cheering him.

"Golden eagles  Hwaiting!!!, Wang Jackson, Hwaiting!!!" I shouted with the loudest voice I had. Seeing me cheer for Jackson people from our year started to cheer for golden eagles.

Inha who was seated also stood up but instead of cheering him, she questioned me again. "Yah!! Why are you cheering for Jackson instead of your boyfriend?"

"I promised Jackson, I'd cheer for him in final basketball match so I am fulfilling my promise" I shouted because cheers were getting louder and louder. 

"Won't Baekhyun sunbae be angry?"She asked me but I didn't hear her. I looked at her with my blank face asking her to repeat but she didn't so I continued Cheering for Jackson.  

It is half time already and both teams are in tie now. After 5 minutes break , game continued and both of the teams continued scoring. It is really difficult to tell which team will win. Its a neck to neck match. I continued cheering for Jackson with the crowd.

Byun Baekhyun

As the game started We were leading the game. I scored 5 points alone. After I scored another point I heard a loud voice. 

  "Golden eagles Hwaiting!!!, Wang Jackson, Hwaiting!!!" The voice seemed familiar so I turned my face towards voice trying to recognize the person and that person turned out to be my own girlfriend Bae Mirae. How can she cheer for some other guy than her boyfriend. I know I am dating her just to win and make her move on but until she is with me she should stay Loyal right?!. 

Her cheers started getting louder and along with her other people also started cheering for The golden eagles. At half time we were in tie.  After the game continued I tried my best to score as much as I could. At the end of game we both had tie score.  So to untie scores we had free throws and unfortunately our team lost.

I know its a game and one is supposed to loose but I am getting angry. I've never lost a basketball game in my life , this is the first time so I am getting angry. Without saying anything, I left the court. 

Bae Mirae

Game ended and The golden eagles won. I was about to approach baekhyun oppa but before I could go to him, he started walking out of the court. It was very difficult to pass through the crowd of people so it took me 15 minutes just to get out of the crowd. And another 30 minutes to find baekhyun oppa.

After I found him, I walked to him and stretched my arm to hand him towel and bottle of water. He must've been very tired since, he barely rested for 5 minutes. He had his head buried in his hand so he didn't acknowledged my presence. I sat next to him and tried wipe the sweat on his arms.

His arms are so masculine. He looks skinny but her has so nice body. As I pressed the towel on his hand, he removed his face from his hand and looked at me. "Why are you here?"He had his usual cold voice. "To give you water and towel, you are tired right?"I titled my head to have a better view of his face. He looks so hot with the sweat dripping down his face.

"I never asked to bring it. If you going to act like caring girlfriend just because of that kiss then don't"He said and pushed me as I was about to wipe his sweat. It actually stung in my heart when he pushed me.Can't be a little considerate.?

I tried to ignore these feelings and once again approached him. "Go away. If you are behaving this because of that kiss then that was just a public stunt so know your place and leave" His deep voice pierced my heart but i ignored his deadly warning and tried to wipe the sweat that was dripping down his face.

"YAH!! DON'T YOU HAVE BRAIN? DIDN'T I SAY GO AWAY? THEN WHY ARE YOU IRRITATING ME? STOP BEING CLINGY WILL YOU? I'M TIRED OKAY" he snapped at me all of sudden and a lump formed in my throat.  Do you know that feeling when you want to cry but you can't so your throat starts hurting, same thing is happening to me right now.

"ARE YOU GONNA STAND THERE AND STARE ALL DAY? JUST GO AWAY, I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU" as he shouted tears started falling down my cheeks and I ran away trying my best not to sob.
