I awoke to Charlie's muscular arms wrapped tightly around me. For a while I just watched him sleep, I didn't want to get up but I had to. I slowly peeled his arms off of me and started to search for my clothes. Charlie had always cooked for me when I spent the night, I decided it was time to make it up to him. I tiptoed down the wooden stairs, hoping his dog, DJ, wouldn't bark. As I reached the kitchen, I began the long and grueling search for the materials I needed. It took me almost an hour to find the things just to make pancakes, not to mention finding the things to make muffins.
While I was mixing the pancake batter, I turned around to find Charlie sitting at the bar, staring at me.

"Good morning. I hope you like chocolate chip pancakes and blueberry muffins." I said turning around to flip a big pancake.

"You know I do! How long have you been up, missy?" Charlie said wrapping his arms around my waist as I cooked.

"Uh..." I looked up to the clock on the microwave. "I've been up since around 8:30." It was now 9:15 and I was almost done with his marvelous breakfast.

"Wow, I have no idea how you slipped out of my grasp without waking me up, even just a little bit. I was actually kind of worried when I woke up to just a pillow and blanket." Charlie said as he started to help me with breakfast.

"No! Go sit down!!! It's my turn to cool for you. Sit!" I sternly yelled trying not to laugh. Charlie held up his hands and went to go lay down on the couch.
After I finished making breakfast, I went to get Charlie and I found him asleep on the couch. I walked over to his messy blob of blonde hair and kissed him gently on the cheek. After putting the food in the oven to keep warm, I grabbed a sticky note and stuck it on the remote next to Charlie's arm.
I gathered my things and drove to my mom's house.
