After a slow day at work, Daysi was determined to finish the book she had started this morning. Only 3 pages to go.... It was already midnight, but she was hyped on her third cup of coffee. She definitely wouldn't be able to sleep now.
Her mind was racing at the thought of the book's ending. On the final page, Daysi heard the front door of the bookstore chime, and then something hit the floor with a thud. This was the 5th night in a row that Daysi forgot to lock the door after closing hours. She was too engrossed in her reading to remember tonight, but who would walk into a bookstore at this hour anyways? A robber?! Quickly, Daysi grabs a 2 by 4 that had been propped against the wall. (The store had been under some.....personal construction.) As she quietly crept to the door, her foot hit something that let out a snore. Daysi jumped back and hit a chair where her cat, Oscar, slept.
"Meoooooow"
"Shhhh Oscar." Daysi looks down and sees a man sleeping on the floor. "What should I do with him? Is he drunk?" She brings her wooden stick toward the floor, and uses it to poke at his sprawled out body.
Oscar growled and walked over to sleep on the man's back. What? But Oscar doesn't like anyone? Maybe I won't call the cops. Daysi retrieves a blanket, places it over the man's shoulders, and heads upstairs to bed. The last page of her book would have to wait.

The next morning, Daysi's alarm rings at 6AM *CRASH* Daysi hurriedly hops out of bed and runs downstairs.
"TO BE OR NOT TO BE THat is theee......."
The mysterious man on the floor rolls over onto his back. Oscar the Cat awakes only to move. Then, she continues her cat nap elsewhere.
Daysi goes to the kitchen to make coffee. Two cups should be enough....As the coffee brews, Daysi sits by the counter.
Who could that man be? He was actually kind of cute.....
*DING* Daysi walks over to the sleeping man with a cup of coffee, and examines his face. The man had tousled, dark brown hair, that curled at the ends. His skin was tan and slightly freckled around the nose. Daysi was itching to know the color of his eyes. Blue? Brown? Gray maybe? She wasn't sure. Boy was her curiousity getting the best of her. Maybe if she......Leaneing over to remove his glasses, she froze in place as a phone began to play a familiar ringtone.
"Daysi, I know you aren't busy, so pick up the phone. Doo doo da dada da Daaaysiii."
The man jumped up at the sound, knocking Daysi over, spilling the coffee, and also causing his glasses to slip off his face.
"Green." Daysi whispered. His eyes were green.
The man looked around, saw Daysi, and screamed. "AAHH!"
"AAHH!" She screamed back.
Silently, they stared at each other like wolves, neither of them daring to move.
"How did I get here?" The man suddenly relaxed and rubbed his eyes from under his glasses.
"You walked into my store last night and decided to take a little......nap."
"Oh." The man quickly sits upright in criss-cross apple sauce and stretches out his hand. "I"m Logan." Daysi studies the hand and stretches out her own.
"Hi....I'm Daysi. Nice to meet you." They shook hands and Logan began to spat an apology.
"I'm sorry for intruding. I really didn't know what......"
