Alright, people, I have something to say. When you go to a fast food place, do NOT treat the front counter like shit. As someone who works the front counter, we are doing the best we can. Also, when someone rings up your order wrong, CALMLY tell them it is wrong, or better yet, ask them to read you back what they have on the screen! It takes ten seconds. PLEASE for the love of everyone's sanity, just do that! Also, if you are the general manager of a fast food restaurant, don't treat the new employee like shit, and expect them to know how to work the register five days after they are hired. It takes a while. It's not easy, and I understand that I need to grasp everything, but mind you. I worked at a job where I had to scan a bar code for the product to show up. ALSO, if you are using a coupon, know what you're ordering BEFORE you come in! NOT AS YOU'RE COMING IN! Google the menu before you come in. If you don't do that, at least be nice. And I understand if you have a bad day, but don't come and yell at me because you had a shit day. Go see a therapist.
