Loving someone sucks. Because they have the power of your happiness in their hands, and sometimes, they don't even know that power. But sometimes, it sucks because people don't believe that love. They don't see the tiny things we do to each other that mean we love each other. They don't see the dance at two in the morning with each other to the music in our heads. They don't see that we actually mean it. But, sometimes they do. They see the power that person has over you, and they use it for themselves. They want to control you. Threatening you to never see that person again. And it sucks, because you feel powerless. You can't do anything. And that hurts.
But, being held in someone's arms, feeling the warmth of their love? Those moments of things people don't see? THOSE are the moments that make all the bad things in the world ok again. And I hope each and every one find it, because sometimes, loving is what makes love worth living
