"Yama-chan, you're so cute!!" was the first thing she heard when she came in to the stall.
"Wha-?! Get off of me! And what the hell is with that stupid nickname?! And... HOLY SH*T HOW ARE YOU SO STRONG?!!" Natsuki had envelopped the taller male in his bone crushing hug. Except it wasn't really bone crushing to Yamato because of how thick his muscles are.
However, it caught the HEAVENS member by surprise because... He was taller than him? And heavier? So HOW IS HIS FEET AT LEAST A FOOT OFF THE GROUND?!
Kira made his way over and greeted her with a nod. Hikari nodded back with a huge grin on her face. "You guys really did wear fuzzy ears!"
"And we still do." Kira said with one of his rare smiles. Indeed, he was wearing a headband with bunny ears stuck to it and Yamato was wearing dog ears. Natsuki had dog ears as well, to remind himself of Elizabeth no doubt, but he also had a piyo-chan cap on his head.
Since they mentioned yesterday that wearing those things weren't a must, she figured Natsuki must've forced Yamato into this... Somehow.
"Ah! Hikari-chan!" Natsuki ran over and squeezed her in a hug. "I missed you so much! Even if we saw each other just yesterday."
Smiling, she hugged him back. "I missed you too, Natsuki!"
Looking down at her, he spotted a blue crystal from beneath her sleeves. "Hikari-chan, I just realized. What's that on your wrist?"
She held up her hand and blushed. "It's a bracelet that I bought."
"That's so cute! It's even shaped like an angel wing! You really love HEAVENS, don't you?"
Rubbing the back of her neck, she stole a glance from Kira and Yamato before nodding. "Yeah. I do. That doesn't mean I dislike STARISH or QN or anything, but I do love HEAVENS more than anyone."
"That's great!" He said, hugging her tighter. "I mean, I'm kind of sad that we can't see each other everyday, but knowing that you're happy makes me happy! I hope Otori Eiichi-san is also taking good care of you!"
Her blush became more visible. "Yeah. He is. Everyone else does too..."
"This guy knows about you two?" Yamato asked from the far side of the room.
"It slipped out when I was texting him a few weeks ago..." She said, feeling slightly embarressed.
"Don't worry. I don't like lying, but I kept it a secret from the others, like I promised!"
"Kept what a secret?"
Hikari's head snapped around and she silently shrieked. "S-Syo?!"
"Syo-chan! Hi there!" Natsuki greeted with a hug.
"N-Natsuki! Put me down!" When his feet touched the ground again, he sighed. "Now, what's this about a secret you were keeping from us?"
"Ah that's..." Natsuki portrayed an innocent face, but she could just barely see the slight waver in his eyes. It was clear that he didn't wanna lie to his best friend.
Yamato saw this and immediately did the first thing he could think of to save them. "Hey. Kurusu Syort."
"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" It wasn't exactly the best thing to do, but at least it worked.
Not too long after the commotion started, a deep chuckle was heard. She regocnized it immediately and smiled. "You caught up. Heya, Eiichi, Otoya, Ren."
"Morning, lady." Ren said, patting her head with a wink.
"It's past noon, but good morning to you too." She said with a giggle.
"Are you doing well?" Otoya asked, smiling as cheerfully as ever.
"Mmhm! I just tried out my very first hotdog this morning and it was really good! Made my day before it even began."
"Your very first hotdog...?" Yamato pulled his head away from his argument the second he heard those words. "You mean the first, the very very first time you ate a hotdog is at age 21?! You need a life more than Eiichi does!"
"I told you so." The brunette said with a smirk.
"In my defense, I didn't know what a hotdog even looked like until a couple months ago." She said, holding her hands up.
"Blind kid priveledges..." The tallest male muttered, earning a side jab from the shortest.
"I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear that because I know you didn't actually mean it." She said, pointing a look to the green haired man.
"Hey, Hikari." Syo called out with eyes narrowed. "Are these guys treating you well? I'm not exactly getting the best impression from them."
She sighed. "I've told you again and again. Yes, they're really nice to me. We're all best friends now. Family even."
"In more ways than one." Ren whistled.
Heat rose up to her cheeks and she turned around to face the glasses wearing brunette. "You told them?!"
"Well, they actually caught us first. I just answered what they asked."
"They what?! H-how?! When?!"
"Since we saw you eating the hotdog." The orange head replied.
Her mouth hung slightly open with shock. Otoya felt rather bad and wanted to say something to comfort her, but then his gaze ended up on Syo, who looked very confused.
"..Told? ...Caught? What's going on?" He asked, getting even more confused. "And... Ah crap, I lost track earlier. Natsuki! What aren't you telling me?"
"That's..." Natsuki turned to Hikari with a look begging for help. He really didn't want to lie anymore.
Before she could react, Eiichi stepped in. "You seriously haven't figure it out?"
"Wha-?!!" When the blonde turned around, he found the brunette pressing his lips on Hikari's. Yamato smirked, Kira shook his head, Otoya blushed, Ren whistled and Natsuki clapped. After he pulled away, Hikari could only scream silently as she covered her face. Being kissed in public did a number on her shy side. Well, on the bright side, it was only the eight of them around the stall right now. No fans saw them, so that was quite a relief.
Her fingers made a small opening to look through before releasing her face completely. Looking at Syo, she gave him a wry smile before walking into the stall, pulling Kira and Yamato along. Natsuki followed behind and everyone else did too. Syo stood there still trying to process what on earth he just saw.
"Eh... eHHHHHHH??!!!"
