I was stuck in this bed for anotha' 4 days and I was about sick and tired of bein' hea already.
Shit was boring, and when no one was hea with me I was just looking at this blank ass wall.
I've been hea fa a week now and I'm starting to feel better than I did. My stitches are healing, but I know imma have to take it easy when I leave outchea.
Leanna made her boss give her more hours so she'll be able to spend them with me. She actually got up from behind that desk and started doing Rn shit like her boss wanted her to do anyways just so she can be the one to be my nurse.
Cha and the girls come hea and there, I have all sets of balloons from them it ain't funny. I am also expecting to see my ma, from what Cha told me but I was doubting it.
She was too much in Terrance's ass for her to even remember she has a son. Terrance being her boyfriend for a while whom treats her like shit and the main reason why ion talk to my ma.
"Morning. Look who decided to come and see you?" Lea smiled as she crept in and in cane Kaykay behind her.
"Uncle Ant!" She squealed running to my side and I had to brace myself before ha tiny ass rough handle me.
"Whatchu doin' hea and not at schoo?" I hugged her and she pulled back smiling a toothy smile.
"Mama says I'm sick." She sniffed as she whipped ha nose.
"Lil gremlin got germs." I made a face teasing ha making ha frown.
"Ion got no germs Unc Ant. I'a cleaner than a mice." She exclaimed.
I chuckled as I looked up seeing Lea standing to the side as she was putting down my medicine and what looks like my food.
"She yo girlfriend na right?" Kaykay leaned in whispering.
I chuckled at her as I kept my eyes on Leanna. "Ya baybeh. Sumthin' like dat."
Lea looked over to me noticing me staring and she pushed some hair away walking over to me.
"Which do you want first. Medicine then food or food first and medicine last?" She asked as she adjusted my bed so I was sitting up a bit more.
"You da' nurse. You pick." I smirked licking my lips and she blushed a little nodding as she sat my food in front of me.
"Right. I'm still getting used to this. Here eat and then medicine. We're knocking your medicine down a little since the pain in your sides aren't as bad so you'll feel drowsy just a bit." Lea explained as she poured me some water and pulled a chair up sitting next to me.
"Unc Ant Gon' be alright?" Kaykay asked looking at Lea with curiosity.
"Yes, he's going to be fine. He may leave earlier than expected too. If things are going how they are going." She nodded as she kept a smile on her face.
I couldn't help but get lost in a daze just staring at her. I seen the hurt that would never leave from her face from all this shit she's been through and I could tell she still blames herself for why I'm in hea.
I seen past the make up she's wearing all the scars on her body. She's still that broken girl I seen when I first saw her no matter how much help she gets. The only way she'll get better is if she loves herself and her body.
"Ant." Lea snapped her fingers in my face snapping me outta my trance.
"Wazzam?" I blinked my eyes as I reached and started to eat the food that was in front of me.
