Hearing multiple knocks coming to my front door since I was back home in New Orleans I walked irritability to the door opening it seeing Ant standing there.
I slowly regretted agreeing with Jhen to allow him to come pick me up so we could talk after our little trip from New York.
I was supposed to tell him the truth about everything and I was dreading it so much.
"Hey, Lea." He greeted as he lifted his lips up to a small smile.
"Hey. Uhm, come in. I'll be ready in five minutes." I instructed as I stepped back so he could walk in.
He did as I said looking around Jhen and i's tiny apartment. "Nice place."
"Thanks." I said slyly as I turned for my room and went to pick some shoes to wear since I was dressed up.
I decided on some black heels and slipped them on grabbing my purse and spraying myself with some perfume.
Walking back to where I left him at he was standing in the same place with his hand in his pocket.
"Your girl know you here?" I asked him referring to Kayla.
"Does she need to?" He questioned.
"You tell me." I responded.
He cleared his throat as he turned for the door. "I'm not worried about her right now. Can we go?"
"Su-"
"Wait! I'm coming too." Jhen popped outta nowhere with Sean by her side.
I looked at her almost mad at myself for not leaving sooner. She of course wanted to come along to make sure i spilled the beans.
"Oh. I forgot..Jhen's coming." I chuckled.
"Wazzam." Ant greeted Jhen.
"Hey good looking! You haven't met Sean yet this my boyfriend." Jhen introduced the two.
"What's going on, bro." Sean shook his Ants hand.
"Yeah Wazzam. Nice meeting you." Ant accepted the handshake with a chuckle.
"Alright. Let's go." I sighed as I made my away out the door wanting to get this night over with.

The four all went inside the restaurant Ant decided to go to and all was seated in a booth. Lea and Jhen sitting across from the guys.
Lea stared Anthony in the eyes intensely as ever part of her body started to grow butterflies. She had no clue if she wanted to walk out on them or just act calm like she's doing now.
Almost everybody sensed Lea's mood seeing she wasn't so comfortable and that she had some thoughts on her mind. Of course, Ant knew he was the reason for her mood and he wanted anything just to let this go back to normal.
But he knew that wasn't going to happen. She had no memory of what they used to have. Or so he thought.
No one knew how this dinner would turn out so Jhen made it her obligation to be here for Lea since she had no clue how Ant would handle this news. She had no clue who Anthony really was only Lea knew. And she sensed he could say some reckless stuff from her what Lea told her.
Yes she was there to make sure Lea told the truth but she also needed to make sure things didn't go left.
Lea cleared her throat since she was tired of the silence around the table and the tension that was floating around.
"How...is she..." Lea directed her attention to Ant not being able to finish her question. Ant looked at her knowing exactly what she was hinting at.
Before Lea left New York they ran into each other after Lea found out Kayla was pregnant and Lea acted a fool towards Ant which he was confused for days about. He knew she was upset. But something stayed with him after what she said to him. What made him think...does she remember.
"It was a slip up." He admitted. "And we didn't think."
It stung for Lea to hear him tell her those words confirming the baby was his.
"Oh." Lea said as she looked down to her legs.
"I have a question for you though." Ant responded as he looked at Lea curiously trying to find a way to ask her this. He didn't know how he'd respond to the answer she was about to answer for him.
"Shoot." Lea told him.
Jhen and Sean just stayed quiet as they looked between the two ready for things to either escalate or actually go well.
"Do you...Do you remember?" Ant struggled to ask Lea as Lea met his eye contact and look away trying to not look in his eyes.
"I-I..."
"Do you...remember Lea. Remember everything?" Anthony questioned her again wanting a better answer then a stutter.
Leanna breathed in and out from what she was about to say. "I...remember" She muttered but he heard her of course.
"How long have you remembered?" Ant asked.
"A while. For a year."
It was quiet. Too quiet for Jhen and Lea's liking.
Anthony just sat there. His eyes haven't left Lea's as he wanted so much then to just leave just like she did to him.
His emotions built up and he felt like he didn't know who the woman whom sitting in front of him was.
She wasn't the girl he fell in love with.
Shaking his head with a chuckle escaping from his lips was the first reaction Lea got from him.
Leanna was caught guard when all Ant did was get up and walk away.
She didn't expect for him just to laugh and then walk away.
Jhen looked at her friend as she seen tears coming to Lea's face and her breathing starting to escalate.
She tried to comfort her friend until Lea jumped up and rushed after Anthony. She didn't want it to end like this. That's when she realized she needed him more than anything.
Lea ran where she seen Ant walk out from and seen him walking to his car about to get in.
"ANT!" Lea screamed for him as she ran trying to stop him from leaving.
She made it to him in time and grabbed his arm. "Please. Please don't go!"
"So now you want me to stay?" He raised his voice towards her.
She cried and sobbed as she tried to speak through her cries. "I'm sorry! You don't understand. You have think what was going through my mind at the time. I needed space."
"YOU DIDNT FUCKING THINK ABOUT ME. I loved you Lea! I waited for you!" He yelled at her making her back up by how his yell was.
He never screamed at her like that. She knew she messed up after that.
"I'm sorry." She sobbed.
He shook his head. "Now I need my space."
He left her with that.
Short chapter I know 😇
But a lot of shit happened.

Who expected him to act like that?
