3rd Person's P.O.V (finally.)
Maria walked up to her Best Friend, Annabeth Chase. Annabeth was organising her locker, which to Maria, looked completely spotless and mess-free. She put her hand on Annabeth's shoulder as Annabeth was trying to fit Her Calculus textbook inside. Annabeth tensed and in one quick motion, Maria was on the floor.
"Ow... What'd you do that for, Annie?" Maria groaned in pain, knowing very well that she would be glared at for calling her bestie 'Annie'.
"I'm so, so sorry Maria! I didn't know it was you!" She sympathetically glared at Maria. (Is that even a thing?)
"So, can I ask you a question?" Maria pulled herself up to face Annabeth.
"You already asked me one." Annabeth said smugly.
"Ugh, you get the point!"
"Fine, ask away."
"So, um, my family has the flu and I don't want to get it so um can I stay at your place? Please?"
"Um, I live at my boyfriend's place because my family lives in San Francisco... So I'll have to ask his family." Annabeth smirked.
"Oh. Okay." Maria sighed.
"Don't be sad, I'm sure they'll agree. They're really nice people." Annabeth said, and walked away to somewhere. (Over Iris)
Maria silently prayed to the gods- she was an atheist, so it didn't really matter what God she prayed for- to let Annabeth agree to let her stay at her Boyfriend's house.

"Hey Maria! Guess what?" Annabeth shouted as she ran over to Maria.
"What?" She hoped that they let her stay.
"They let you stay!" Maria let out a breath she realised she was holding.
"Alright, let me just run home to pack." Maria said, then turning around to run back home, which is about 5 minutes away.
Annabeth sighed and ran after her Friend.

"Alright, we're almost here," Annabeth exclaimed as they turned the corner, "And we're home!"
They took the stairs because of Annabeth's phobia of elevators. Maria was panting like crazy while Annabeth just wiped a bead of sweat off her forehead. She opened the door with her keys and stepped inside.
"Sally! I'm home, and I brought Maria with me!" Annabeth shouted. Sally rushed out of the kitchen and hugged Annabeth.
"Annabeth! This is your Friend, Maria Sanachez, right? I was just making some sandwiches and blue cookies!" Sally said. Annabeth smiled and dragged Maria in.
"Oh, Maria! You can use Annabeth's old room since she doesn't need it." Sally said slyly. Annabeth blushed bright red.
"Um, thanks... Sally?" Sally smiled. Annabeth helped Maria move her bags to her old room. The room was just plain white and covered in a thin layer of dust. Anyone could tell that Annabeth didn't use this room for awhile.
"Uh, you'll stay here... You can unpack your bags while I'll help Sally bake the cookies." Annabeth said. Maria nodded and started to unpack her bag. Annabeth left the room and went to the kitchen.

"Sally! I'm home!" A shout could be heard, followed by the bang of closing the door. Sally rushed to the doorway and started fussing about the man.
"Paul! You're home! Where's Percy? I'm making cookies and sandwiches, we have some leftover seven-layer dip too!" Sally said.
Paul chuckled and said "Oh, Percy's just taking the stairs, because of the elevator thing, y'know?" Suddenly the door opened and in stepped what Maria recognised as Mr. Jackson. He said a simple 'I'm home!' And hugged Sally. Maria, however, was too shocked about My-Best-Friend's-Boyfriend-is-a-teacher thing.
"Mr... Mr. Jackson?" Maria stuttered as he planted a kiss on Annabeth's cheek. Percy looked up and realised Maria was there.
"Oh! Maria, you're here! Hope you like it, Mom makes the best cookies!" Percy smiled sheepishly at Sally. She smiled back in a motherly way.
Honestly, Maria thought it wasn't that weird, considering that Mr. Jackson was the same age as Annabeth and her. So, it was quite reasonable. One mystery though, is how they met each other.
And that's how I met Percabeth.

IM SO, SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING FREQUENTLY ... I'm extremely busy with homework and school stuff, haha. Once I had to stay up till 11.P.M. Don't expect me to update frequently now, but I'll try my best! :)
