Thud. I heard a sound behind me. I looked back and saw a man on the ground. W-was he dead? I ran over to him.
He could be having a heart attack. What if? If I don't tell anyone? I need a doctor.

"Help! There's a man! I think he's unconsious!" I shouted.
Immediately, people crowded around me, taking out their phones to either record the incident, or call the ambulance.

"A doctor! We need a doctor!" A bystander shouted. Then, the crowd parted roughly, like someone was pushing through.

"I'm a junior doctor, I'm experienced!" A blonde child about 16 pushed through the crowd, with a boy dressed in black following him. That boy was looking at the man, arms crossed. He observed the man for a moment, and sighed in relief. Meanwhile, the blonde boy, was checking the man thoroughly. Then he began to do CPR on him.

"He... Had a H-heart attack... In the middle of the street." He said through gritted teeth. He was panting, pushing on the man's chest rhythmically.

A few minutes later, the ambulance arrived. The paramedics put the man on a stretcher and pushed him in the vehicle. They patted the boy on the back and closed the door. He smiled and sighed in exhaustion.

I turned, walking to work as I wondered about the other people in the world, as helpful as the boy.

I flipped a page of the newspaper, looking at the news. I saw a familiar face. It was that blonde boy from yesterday! The title was Boy Saves Heart Attack Victim. I read the first few lines. Turns out, the boy's name was Will Solace.

Intrigued, I read the article.

And that's how I met Will Solace.
