You walked down the beach hand in hand with your fiancé Steven Stamkos. He recently asked you to marry him and of course you said yes! You knew it'd be a lot of commitment being married to a hockey player but it was worth it. You loved him and he loved you.
"Y/N, there's something I want to talk to you about," Steven said as he turned to face you.
"What's up honey?" you asked.
"Well I just want to make sure you know that even though I won't always be around, I'm still here for you. We're going to be married soon and that means we'll be our own little team. It'll get hard at times but please, please remember that I love you so much and never stop thinking of you."
"Steven," you started. "I know you do, and I know it'll be hard. I love you so much and I don't think any distance will weaken our love."
He then leaned down and kissed you.
