Flash Back

It was the their first year of kindergarten in 2008. Jaeden started his school year at a nice place out of town called Grey-Sloane Catholic Elementary School. He only had one friend there and that was his life long best friend Sadie. Sadie and Jaeden's families had always been close since their moms went to high school together. Jaeden started his Junior Kindergarten here and him and Sadie were always the two best friends who did everything together. They climbed tree's, they played soccer, and swam in Jaeden's pool, they even had sleepovers sometimes.

Mean while back in Derry Jack, Sophia, Jeremy and Wyatt all did their own thing. Sophia and Wyatt were a year older and never bothered hanging out with the younger kids and Jack and Jeremy just never became friends.

Millie and Finn lived in L.A. together. Both born in the big city and with their families being that close it was almost destined for them to stay friends forever. Finn had a hard working dad, and an alcoholic mother whom Finn never liked to talk about. He grew up very independent that way seeing he was on his own a lot anyway with the exception of his older brother.Millie had a good family life. Both her parents were British and moved to America to give themselves better lives and their chance to grow a family in a fresh area. Instantly Mrs.Brown clicked with the person who owned the pent house around the corner. Finn was a year older than Millie but the two always got along just fine. Millie also had a little sister named Ava but she really didn't know the Wolfhard's as well as Millie. The kids parent's expected them to marry one day but Finn knew that wasn't going to happen considering he liked boys and not girls. He didn't want his family or Millie finding out figuring he might disappoint a few people.

Jaeden grew up in a great family. He was an only child and both his parents cared for him really well, but not too much, and they made sure he was always fed and healthy. Sadie had a pretty good family, from the outside. From the inside her family was shit. She had an older brother named Josh who was obsessed with his body figure, smoking, and older women. Josh was 4 years older than Sadie but by the time he was born his vocabulary was overly filled with swear words and he was beating kids up left an right. He was something to look at though as he grew was became a good looking guy, a shame he was such an ass. Sadie's mother was very shy and looked a lot like Sadie with red hair and vibrant eyes but her cheekbones and posture was off. She never stood up for Josh when their father would beat him. Yes Josh was a dick but punching your son was no way! Nothing they could do.

Jack grew up with a twin sister, Ashley. Ashley was very pretty with curly brown hair, and the same eyes and face structure as her brother but somehow softer. Jack knew she was going to break some hearts. Jack did not have a father. The man had a gambling addiction and by the time Jack's sister was 5 she was raped many times. She was broken and worn down already. Jack was afraid for Ashley so his mom got a divorce and his father ran away and they heard he was shot dead a couple years later. Jack also had a very strict mother who barely liked any of his games or ideas.

Sophia lived with her mom and dad in a normal living situation and so did Jeremy. Wyatt's parents were awful too him. They didn't know he was gay and still hit him.. if they knew he didn't want to know what they would do. He was planning on running. But back to the flash back.

Finn's mom was terrible. Simply put. One day when Finn was 7 him and his mom found out his father was cheating. His father said he was willing to take Finn to live with him a block away, still in L.A., which he gladly obliged too. His mom however, thought otherwise. She said that she would quit drinking just to be with her son. So Finn gave her one last chance (which he regrets) and when his father said he would pay for a house and good clothes and food for them if they stayed put, his mom also declined. Finn could see why, but also couldn't. Why couldn't she have just taken the damn money. Finn had started swearing after this. Picked up some words from his parents continuous fights and his older brother's friends. One day, about a year later, Finn came home from school, Millie at his side, and saw his mom sitting on the curb outside their building with a bottle of Whiskey and their stuff in suitcases. "Let's go Finn." "Where?" he asked, concerned. "We are leaving this town" Finn looked at Millie with tears pricking his eyes "I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE" he screamed. But with that we was thrown into a taxi.
