Jack enjoyed spending more and more time with Noah. They would play games and just have lots of fun. The boys hoped the fun would never end. Jack had been so busy with Noah that he hadn't seen his friends for two weeks. Last time he saw any of them was when Finn and Millie kissed. He guessed they are dating now and that's okay. He is her flower prince after all.

Jack was walking around lonely and wanting something to do. He stopped at the ice cream place him and his friends met Finn and Millie at. No one knew why Jack was gone so long or who he was with but they all hoped he was okay. Jack pushed open the door and the bell above made a tiny ringing noise. He looked to his left to see all his friends in their glory. He walked over and sat down, not interested in anything else anymore. "Hey Jack," Jaeden said smiling to finally see his friend again. "Where have you been?" Jack told them all about how he and Noah kissed and how he was gay and that him and Noah spent a lot of time together over the past two weeks. He explained each and every fun bike ride and movie night until everyone got bored. He didn't even notice Finn was missing. "Where is Finn?" he asked turning to Millie. "How should I know. Left town about a week ago. He hates me ever since..." her voice trailed off to a whisper. Jack nodded and whispered back to her "... I saw" she nodded and forced a smile. She must be so sad.

After all the friends enjoyed their ice cream and talked and went on with their day, Jack was left walking home alone. Which was okay. When he got home he found a letter addressed to him in the mailbox. He quickly took it, shoving it in his coat pocket, and ran into the house all the way up to his room. He sat on the edge of his bed and ripped open the letter.

Dear Jack Grazer,

Hi, I know you saw what happened between Millie and I and I know you've been gone for almost two weeks running off with Noah. Didn't know you were gay. Anyways I need a friend at this point and I feel like I can trust you. You can find me at the return address and tell no one that you know where I am. Just come find me. I'm running out of money and don't know what to do. Bring food please too I'm starving.

With love, your bestie Finn Wolfhard

Jack gasped a little as he read the letter over and over. He couldn't lie. But how would he not tell. He would have to stop talking to everyone for a while. Even if that means losing everyone and Noah? Yes, friends are important and Finn really needed one right now. Why had it been Jack though? Why couldn't it be Jaeden or Wyatt or like Sadie? His mind was going into deeper thoughts that he pushed out as quick as they came. He couldn't stand the ideas rushing into his mind. He didn't want to believe them. He walked over to Noah's to end it. To end their secret relationship. If that's what you would call it.

Jack reached up and knocked on the door. He had no smile on and tried to show no emotion. This would hurt him a lot more that it would ever hurt Noah. Noah opened the door smiling but it quickly faded away seeing Jack's blank expression. "Oh hey Jack. Wasn't expecting you... want to come in" Jack shook his head. "No, no I'm fine out here" He had to get it would, now or never. "I actually came over to say that I think we should stop talking" after a moment of Noah realizing what was Jack saw tears form in his eyes. "Okay. If that's what you want then bye Jack" Jack just walked away. He couldn't stand to see Noah like that. Now off to Jaeden's house where everyone was. Off for the hardest thing he would ever have to do.
