"Kartik, come this way, today we'll go to the park." I said clasping our hands.
"Are you sure you want to go there?........... I think we should not go to this park." Kartik said staring me oddly. "Why not? Riya told me that it's most safe place for couples." I said crossing my arms on my chest. He nodded. "Ok. As you wish." He said then we walked into the park. It was very huge place, full of greenery and very calm atmosphere. I instantly liked the place.
"Kartik Look there is one empty place, we can sit there." I said. We went to one coach under big tree and sat down. "Wow, I didn't know this place before. I think we should come here often." I exclaimed excitingly. "Really?" Kartik asked. Why he is giving me odd gaze. What's wrong with him? "Yeah. didn't you like this place?" I asked incredulously. "I like this place but I thought you won't like it." He said smiling. "Kartik, this park is far away from our houses so we can spend some good time without fear of being caught." I explained. "Oh cool" he said smirking.
I drank some water from my water bottle which I always keep in my bag. "You want water?" I asked. But he didn't replied, he was looking somewhere. "Kartik?" I called him again. Still No response. I followed his gaze where he was looking at.
I saw one boy was kissing his girl on her cheeks and feeding her ice cream. They were looking so much in love. I blushed as I imagined Kartik kissing my cheek. But the reality is I don't let him kiss my cheeks because if I allow him then he might become demanding for kisses. I don't want him to unnecessarily kiss me here and there before our marriage. Sometimes he agrees, sometimes he gets upset when I don't let him kiss my cheek, but what do I do. I feel this kissing thing awkward and scary. I feel kissing increases desire and leads to the extreme point where we lose our controls. I don't want to lose my control before marriage. Kartik said he understands my concern but I really doubt sometimes, after all he's boy.
I love him so much but more than that I want him to respect my values and opinion and my faith in marriage.
"OMG" I gasped. "What happened Saumya?" Kartik asked in rush. "That girl is literally sitting on lap of her boyfriend and she is lowering her head near his lips." I stated what I saw with my eyes.
"Shit. How shameless! They are eating each other's mouth." I exclaimed in disgusting tone. "Saumya, don't say like this. They are in love and the thing they are doing is kissing." Kartik admonished me. "Shut up Kartik. Is this only thing to show love? That too at public place. This is gross." I shook my head in disapproval.
"Ok ok. You please don't check out them." Kartik said. I averted my gaze and looked other side. There was another couple where boy was nibbling the neck of his girlfriend. I felt so hot suddenly. I immediately averted my eyes. Later I realized almost all the couples eating each other's mouth like there is no tomorrow and some of them were even worse. Oh god! Now I am regretting my decision of coming to this park. I shouldn't have listen to Riya. Now I am understanding, why Kartik was giving me odd stares and why he was smirking. How stupid I am to tell him that we should come here often.
