Hi.

This is the author of the EXO series you've supported since 2014. For almost a year now, I took a break from this account and haven't opened it, haven't checked anything, and haven't updated the series. It began in a terrible writer's block coupled with my education that left me thinking hard about how I could wrap the latest story (book 5).

As some of you may know, I am a psychology student. Reserved is so far, the book most laced with mental health issues (e.g. Areum's irrational fears). While I was suffering from lack of ideas for the story, I learned a lot about certain cases concerning my characters that went against the plot I already laid out before starting Egocentric. Yes, all twelve plot summaries are alive in my notes and files, I just need to create fillers as all authors do.

To this, I want to apologize for disappearing for so long and for future errors in my chapters that I might overlook. Through the months that I haven't added anything to this series, I'd like to think I've grown and honestly, my taste in writing my stories has changed and this will have an impact on the quality of my characters. I'll try and stick to their core here and the next books while eliminating the fallacies in the plots and keeping the real (and good) parts.

Please do not expect scheduled updates. I'll attempt to keep the chapters going and avoid dragging the days (like what happened before this message), but there are aspects of my personal life that requires my attention more than writing. I hope you understand.

Thank you for your continued support for my craft. I have just checked my notifications and my heart is full from your response to the stories. Especially the comments, reading them inspires me to create more and more. You've all been the reason I have pushed myself to keep going, and now we're on book 5. I'm very, very grateful.
