//Ashton's POV://

"What is it now, Ash?" Her soft voice sent a thrill through me, even through the phone. I sucked in a deep breath before releasing the pent-up words that I have been dying to spill the moment I saw her.

"Luke invited one of them into our house..." I let my voice trail off as I awaited her reply.

"He WHAT?!" I scrunched up my face as I held the phone a great distance away from my ear. Jeez, that woman can scream...

"Yup, so now she's in our house and I don't know what to do!" I whispered/shouted frantically down the line. If I spoke normally, that abomination of nature would probably be able to hear me from downstairs.

Damn them and their heightenned senses.

"Just....get her out for now. What's her motives? Do you know?" I sighed before replaying everything that took place this morning, reading in between the lines for information.

"Well she's really cozy with Luke...I don't know if that has anything to do with it, or the fact that teenage girls are just drawn to him." I chuckled light heartedly, biting my nails slightly through the silence. An audible sigh was heard from the other side.

"Just get her out, and if you see her as a potential threat, get them out of there; take them somewhere she can't reach them. Like to a hotel for a bit or something." I nodded in thought, before opening my lips to speak. Before even a wisp of sound could leave them, a quick knock at my door; loud and urgent, rang out.

"I'll call you later, Jas." I grumbled before ending the call and setting my phone down on my bed. Thinking it was one of the boys, I jumped up, and threw open the door, only to be met with the beady eyes of Louise.

"Hello, Ashton," She sneered. I was momentarily frozen in place, not expecting her to catch onto me so quickly. "Mind if we have a word?" Her porcelain white hand gestured to inside of my messy room. Despite the fact that I hated this chick with a passion, a slight blush crept up my cheeks at the state my room was in. Clothes strewn everywhere, my electronic drum set lolling in the centre, my bed unmade. I nodded curtly, before backing into my room without turning my back on her.

Rule #1: Never expose your back to anyone.

She daintly slipped into the room, strutting over and placing herself at the edge of my bed. Proceeding to cross her right leg over her left, she finally stared at me, her blue eyes piercing mine. I crossed my arms in a huff as I sat on my drum stool a few feet away from her.

"So, you obviously figured out what I am, already," She picked at her perfected, french tipped nails out of boredom.

"Of course. It's what I've been trained to notice." I scoffed, offended she thought so low of me. Louise simply rolled her eyes in disgust before I continued. "Why are you even here?"

"Oh, about that," In a split second, she was up and off of my bed, and running her slim fingers across a beat up picture frame perched precariously on my desk. "I don't really appreciate you getting in the way, so if you could just but out? That would be greatly appreciated." She smirked, before wrapping her hands around it and lifting it to her eye level. She grinned, tapping one of the four figures frozen in the picture. "Ooh, Luke is reallllllllly hot in this one." She cooed as she sent a smirk my way. I struggled to push down the building anger rising in my chest. I ignored her little comment, as I continued with the previous conversation.

"Getting in the way of what?" I spat through my teeth as I ripped the picture frame from her hand. Although it seemed like a childish action, I didn't appreciate her getting her slimy, inhuman fingers all over it.

"Hmm, now let's just think here for a minute, Ashton," She let out a tinkle of a laugh as she took a few steps towards me. "Why, would I tell you." She whispered out as she poked my chest through my shirt. I cringed away from her touch, rubbing the point at which she hit. "Awww, did I hurt you?" She jut her bottom lip out in a pout before it faded into a devious smirk.

"Please. Like you could hurt me." I scoffed, pushing my hair back idly with my hand. Her eyes suddenly flickered into a cold glare, anger potent in the air.

"Listen, Irwin," She hissed, barring her teeth. "I have seen and done more damage than you'll ever witness in your pathetic human life. If I want someone dead, they're dead." With every step forward she took, I did an equally large one backwards. That is, until my back was pressed flat against the far wall. Her slim figure blocked out the rays of sunlight filtering in through my window as she stood about 3 inches away from me.

"If you so dare, to intervein with the purpose I'm to fufill here, I won't heasitate to hurt any one of those boys downstairs, you hear me?" Fear trickled through my veins as I struggled to keep a placid expression dominant on my face to hide the terror. Her voice was low and threatening.

"You wouldn't hurt them." I called her bluff.

"Don't think for a second I won't. You want proof? Here come's Calum," She smirked as audible footsteps made their way towards my room.

"Ash? You in there?" A faint knock echoed as I jumped in fear.

"Yeah, go away I'm busy!" My voice shook with panic as I shouted out to him. She let out a little giggle before making her way over to the door.

"Still think I'm bluffing?" Silence coated the air; I will not show her I'm weak.

"What I think is you should leave." My tone was cold as ice as I sent a glare her way. She met it head on with a bright, mocking smile as Calum knocked again impatiently.

"Ashton!"

"What." I groaned at his idiocy.

"We're going out for lunch, you coming?" I watched the grin on her face grow as he spoke, a faint chuckle escaping her plump lips.

She smirked at me as her voice filled the room.

"We'd love to, Calum."
