No magic? No problem

Chapter 21

~Luna POV~

I cough and blood comes up with it as I'm bent over Lyndon's arm. He stabbed me. He then picks me up and carries me like a child. I close my eyes and open them again seeing a blue sky rather than the dark brown roof of the guild hall.

"FAIRY TAIL FREAKS! COME AND SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR PRECIOUS LUNA!" He screams

I hear doors opening and a scream. Feet pounding on the ground and more screams along with some curses. A bit of sobbing. He doesn't say anything else. I get shifted a bit then the arms holding me are gone and I watch as the clouds quickly get smaller. I close my eyes waiting for the impact of the ground but rather I hit two sets or arms. Someone lays my head on their lap as they gently stroke my face and hair. I feel a warm feeling and an empty feeling in my stomach. I assume the knife is removed because someone starts screaming. Soon that body is gone and more of the warm feeling comes.

"Luna honey you have to open your eyes for me okay?" A sad voice asks but I don't want to all I want to do is sleep with the warm feeling.

"Come on baby wake up." I feel something brush against my cheek making my eyelids flutter a bit.

"That's it good girl now open them." This time from another voice a lot deeper

I try to open them so whoever keeps bugging my will go away but all I can manage is a small slit before they close again. I keep trying like the voice tells me too but all I can manage is opening then halfway to see blurry colors. I can hear more screaming and something pounding on the ground I turn my head slightly to the sound. More yelling and pounding. I'm being moved, carried and laid on something soft something is shoved under my head while something else is tied around me right under my ribs. The voice and sounds fade away until I hear nothing.

I feel something cold against my cheek and I try to move away from it. This seems to make whatever the cold thing is mad because it slaps me. My eyes open slowly and close again a few times before I can start blinking normally. I open my eyes slowly seeing a mess of blue hair next to an even bigger mess of pink hair. Hair that matches mine. Is the only thought that comes straight to my head. As my eyes begin to focus the faces start to look familiar til I realize I'm looking at Gale and Natsu. I try to talk but my tongue runs over my mouth like sandpaper on a pile of sand. Gale places a straw in my mouth and a fruity juice washes over my mouth and down my throat.

"Luna, what happened?" Natsu asks

"I was at the guild hall I found some pictures of Lyndon with a baby. With me. When I was younger. He said I'm not your daughter, but rather his and yours. He combined our souls. A human and a wizard. He says the human soul grew stronger since I was born with a weak wizard soul." I explain

"How is that even possible?!" Natsu screams and I shrink back into the bed. He notices and throws his arms around me.

"I'm so sorry baby girl. I'm so so so sorry."

Gale squeezes my hand and I feel something hit my neck it was wet.

"Daddy? Are you crying?" I ask him and he loses it. Loud sobs and tears come from him as he holds me tighter. I try to hug him but my arms are held down with restraints. I tug at them a bit, but they stay in place. 

"They had to place them on you while you were unconscious you kept trying to attack Natsu. Had to knock you out with some strong drugs girly." Aura says as she walks into the room with Wendy behind her. "You also have lots of unknown magic energy in your body care to explain?"

"Well, I see you haven't lost one bit of that bossy attitude, but no I don't care to explain. Will I? Of course, because nothing is private with this guild hall." I snap a little 

No one says anything but waits for me to continue. 

"Lyndon gave me this weird drink he told me it was magic lacrima and that since I couldn't naturally replenish my magic energy like a real wizard I had to do it through that. The does size I took could last anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks depending on how much I use at a certain time." 

"We don't know how to extract it without hurting you." Wendy says "We haven't even heard of anything like this. I'll have to send word to the magic council." 

I only give a nod but my stomach gives a request as it lets out a large grumbling sound. I go to cover my stomach with my hands but the damn handcuffs stop them and I pull at them with much announce until Natsu finally breaks them off freeing my wrist before he walks out of the room his shoulders hunched giving nothing more than I'll be back with something to eat . So that leaves Gale and I alone in the room. He doesn't say anything to me just stares. I try looking away but his hand holds my face in place as he sits there and keep staring like I'll vanish if he blinks, 

"We both know I'm very pretty, but taking a picture will last longer because one day I won't be this pretty." I say trying to lighten the mood or at least get him to look away from me because for some reason he's making me super uncomfortable. 

"You'll always be beautiful to me." He says and I look at him surprised but I don't move even when he starts leaning closer until finally, his nose is brushing against mine. I can feel my cheeks heating up as his eyes go from looking at mine to my lips. He lets out a sigh and before I can ask what he thinks he doing he presses his lips to mine.
