"Talk to me Alfred!!" Canada yelled.

"Why can't you all just mind your business!?! I'm fine!!" America yelled back.

Since he got back, America had locked himself in his room and only came out for a few things.

But Canada was sick of it.

He had broke down America's door.

Right now, everyone else in the house was downstairs listening to the fight.

"Get out!!" America yelled.

"Alfred," Canada said, "Please... We know you cut..."

America's eyes widened.

"I'm fine," He said again, "Leave me alone."

"Let us help you."

"Go away."

"We love you."

"No you don't."

"What?"

"I see it in your eyes, you hate me." America said coldly, "You're always got mistaked for me and getting blamed for the things I do too. Just leave."

Canada was speechless. "I don't hate you... None of us do..."

America shook his head, "The whole world does. I'm a disappointment for a superpower."

He blinked back the tears.

Superpowers have to be strong. They have to be. They can't be weak.

Canada suddenly pulled up America's shirt. He could see his brother's ribs.

"Look at what you're doing to yourself !! This isn't healthy!!"

"Mind your damn business," America pulled his shirt down.

"This is my business. You're my little brother!! Why won't you let us help you?"

"Yeah, why?" A voice asked.

They turned to see Maria at the doorway. She was staring at her older brothers.

Superpowers can't be weak. They have to be strong. They give help, don't ask for it.

"We have to head to Seattle tonight for the meeting tomorrow." America started walking out the room and down the hall.

Maria grabbed his hand, he looked at her.

"Why?" She asked again.

Maria felt her heart break as America just let go of her hand and walked away.

Alfred felt his sister's eyes on him. He shook his head and kept walking. He didn't need their help.

He was fine.

And besides, even if he relied on them, they would just stab him in the back like others done in the past.

He was fine.

What if they meant what they said?

Get that out of your head, U. They're lying to you. Everyone does. Those Europeans did it to you when they colonized you four.

Yeah, but what if they aren't lying? What if they actually mean i-

No.

Yeah, your right C.

"But what if?" Alfred mumbled as he walked.
