•PART 11•

The week rolled on, and it was now Friday morning. My alarm had just gone off, disturbing me of my sleep and dragging me out my bed. The look on my face showed that I wasn't a morning person, especially at this time.

I wandered off downstairs to make myself some breakfast, and scrolled through my phone while I ate. I checked my snapchat and saw that a girl had added me- I mean, I have girls adding me all the time but this one had sent me a message too. I opened it after seeing it was sent just over an hour ago.

Party this Friday night,
52 Avenue road, bridgedale (made it up)
7pm-3:30Am, bring booze and protection ;)

Beth, that's the girls name. She must be the one who told me about the party the other morning. I still had no idea if I was to go...but maybe this was my chance to make some proper friends?

The school day lagged on forever. It was so boring- double maths to end the day as well. But finally the bells rang and everyone was flooding out of school like it was infectious. I walked off home, while checking through my phone and catching up with my boys. It was sad that I never got chance to see them any more with being at different schools. Yeah there was weekends but they were either at other parties or too busy to hang out. While walking home and scrolling through my social media I saw a message pop up.

Hunter: bro, have you been invited to that party on avenue road 2night?

James: yea bro, some girl called Beth from my school invited me. How do u know bout it?

Hunter: Alison from my school invited me Eldon and West. I'm guessing we will see u there?

James: sick bro, I'll be there then. Can't w8

Hunter: that's our boy, c u l8er then

Looks like I was going to the party after all.

Later that night

"Yo, James our boy! Over here dude" I heard someone yell through the lights smoke and music. I had just arrived at the party 5 minutes ago and wow this was sick. There was a disco ball, flashing lights and smoke machines filling the patio outside. Not to mention the deafening music.

Through the crowds I saw my boys waving at me. I strolled over and we all greeted one another.

"Bro this is insane" I laughed while looking around. The guys nodded in agreement.

"Not drinking tonight?" West asked surprised. I saw the plastic cup in his hand.

"Nah dude I will be, just gotta track down the booze table" I chuckled. Suddenly someone tapped my shoulder.

"Jamessss hi"

I looked behind me to see Beth batting her fake eyelashes at me.

"Oh um hi" i said back. She handed me a drink and winked before strutting off. She was wearing a low cut black dress and heels...snap out of it James.

"Our bro is so whipped" Eldon laughed while punching my shoulder and snapping my eyes from her body as she walked off flirting.

"Dude she's pretty fit" Hunter laughed and winked. I just let out a slight mumble before taking a big gulp of booze...

The night went on. More booze was consumed and the music never once went quiet. The house got busier and more people went on to get drunk. Including James and his mates. They had all consumed a heavy amount of alcohol throughout the night while catching up and having a good old laugh. West has taken Eldon home now after he spewed in a bush meanwhile Hunter and James were chatting up some girls. In fact it was Emily and Stephanie, the girls from the skatepark the other week.

While the two girls went to get drunk refills James and Hunter talked.

"Bro, you and Emily" James chuckled while winking at him. Hunter smirked.

"She's peng"

"Are you gonna make a move on her?" James laughed.

Hunter shrugged casually "maybe".

Before James knew it he was trying to catch up to Hunter who was pushing his way through the crowd and to the booze table. He grabbed Emilys face and slapped his lips against hers forcefully. It was fair to say that the pair of them were both drunk, especially after Emily jumped up and wrapped her legs around his waist as he proceeded to go upstairs, leaving James and Beth stood there alone awkwardly.

"Looks like he's smashing tonight" James chuckled while taking a sip of alcohol. Beth took the cup out his hand and placed it on the table behind her. Before you could blink the two of them were sloppily making out and roaming their hands over each other's bodies. After a couple of heavy minutes making out they broke away for fresh air, and James took her hand and led her upstairs too...

Please don't be too annoyed that I didn't mention Riley yet but she will be mentioned briefly in the next chapter since I'm just building the drama between Jiley ;)
