Prologue

Music blared as we entered the club, a strong smell of alcohol and sweat hit me. I was with a crowd of girls and boys I'd met earlier that day on the beach. A remix of "still into you" by Paramore was playing, one of my favourite songs at the time. It was dark and smoky but I didn't mind. I was only 16 but my fake ID was believable.

Soon, we all got separated between the masses bodies and I was left alone with a vodka and coke in my hand, that was okay, I didn't really know any of those people anyway, Why was I even there with them in the first place? Bad idea.

I downed up my drink to just as I was about to leave to go home, I looked up and saw a boy, roughly the same age as me, possibly a year or so older with attractive dirty blonde hair, standing alone a few meters away. He was super hot... And looking at me. It must have been the alcohol but somehow I managed to find the courage to go over.

"Hey" I yell, over the noise.

"Hi" he smiled back.

"Wanna dance?"

"Sure."

We headed into the middle of the dance floor together just as the song changed to Shut Up and Dance by Walk the Moon.

"This is my favourite band!" I shouted, hoping he could hear me.

"Mine too." He smiled back at me. Even though it was dark, his hazel eyes still managed to sparkled.

He pulled me into his chest, he smelt good, then spun me around. We continued for what felt like a few minutes but I reality was two hours.

"Shit, is that the time? I'm sorry I need to go, I have a curfew which was like half an hour ago."

"It's cool, I'll see you again sometime yeah?" He said leaning in and softly placing a gentle kiss on my lips.

"Definitely" I smiled back at him. "Here, call me?" I said taking a pen out of the side pocket of my bag and writing my number on the back side of his hand.

"What did you say your name was again?"

"I didn't." He smirked and walked out leaving me standing in the middle of the dance floor.

Hi guys! I hope you like this so far, this is just the prologue so usually the chapters will be A LOT longer :) also this is like my first time writing so it Probably won't be too great but I have so,e pretty cool ideas.
