Four : School Reopens

Finally, school year has begun, and students are slowly gathering in front of the school main gate.

"LUUUUUNNNNAA!! WAIT FOR ME!!!"

"Look who has finally arrive."

Faith and Miko had already arrived at the main gate earlier than the rest, they were waiting for the others to arrive. Seeing how fast Luna was walking, they guessed that Rayna was not far as she will always run after Luna since they are neighbours.

Speaking of the devil, they see Rayna running through the crowd of students, making her way towards them before seeing Lily getting out from a sports car not far from the crowd.

"is it me, or did I just saw..."

"Nope, she really did get off a sports car, and a red one too. I wonder who was it that drove her to school?" asked Miko.

"Well, why don't we find out when she comes over?" replies Faith.

Luna who had just arrive, too saw the entire thing and the became curious as to who it was and decide to wait for all their friends to arrives. Rayna arrived not long after Luna and she was lost as to what was going on.

"Morning ladies, how was your last few days of holidays? And why are you two looking at me like I own you an explanation?" ask Lily worriedly.

"You sure do, dear. You see, Faith, Miko and I saw you getting off from a red sports car which trigger our curiosity as to who might be the lucky guy? As we know, you are quite a hard girl to impress." Said Luna.

"Oh that...well...erm...you see, it's my brother in-law. He and my sister had just come back, and they are currently living with us at our mansion as my sister is expecting her first child." explains Lily.

"Wait, wait, did you just say your sister, Nina, who is married to the hottest senior, Jun, is currently expecting their first child?" asked Faith.

Lily nods her head and asks them if there was a problem before seeing them screaming in excitement.

"I can't believe you just leave out the most important news ever! When did they came back? How are they doing?" asked Rayna excitedly.

Faith and Luna shook their heads before Faith place her hand on Rayna's shoulder.

"Calm down, Rayna. Let Lily speak, so Lily when did she return back home?" said Faith before she asked Lily.

"She came back last week with brother Jun. After our meeting, I was on my way back home when I met him, and he told me about the news. So then, I rushed back home as fast as I could and told my entire family about it." said Lily.

"I bet your parents are proud of her, Lily. I mean, after the incident and all, I could understand how worried they were about her and seeing how happy she had become, I am guessing after the wedding, your mother's prayer must had been heard." Said Miko.

Lily nod her head before making her way through the crowd and passed the main gate towards the school building. Her friends followed her from behind then walk along beside her.

Lily recalled how things were before Nina reunited with brother Jun and fall in love with him again after that. Lost in her own thoughts, Lily accidentally bumps into someone and was about to fall back when she felt a hand holding her arm.

"I am...so...sorry..."

As Lily look at who was her saviour, when she didn't notice how tall and handsome, he was till she made eye contact with him.

"It's okay, I am glad that I managed to save you from the fall or else that might hurt." Reply the guy.

Lily then became froze as she looks at his face and realized how good looking, he is and that they were face to face. He looks back at her with confusion on his face and was about to ask her if there was something wrong when Luna and Miko ran up to them and pull Lily away from him.

"Thanks for saving our friend from falling and sorry for bumping into you. See you around then." Said Faith.

They quickly made their way to their classroom for homeroom, while pulling Lily behind them. Once they arrived their classroom, they place Lily on her seat and tries to unfreeze her.

"Lily? Earth to Lily!!!" called Luna as she waves her hand in front of Lily.

"LILY!!!" shouted Rayna.

"Huh? what? Sorry..." Apologies Lily as she regains her conscious.

All her friends look at each other then at Lily and told her that she was froze when she was with the guy.

"You were like literally admiring him and his features while your face turns red after that." said Miko.

"Was I?" asked Lily.

Lily look at them to reconfirm what Miko said was true, and they all nodded in an agreement. Lily was surprised that she herself was blushing when admiring a guy for the first time as she was the type that rarely cares or look at a guy or what he thinks or even looks like.

Not able to believe what had just happen, Lily spaced out again for a moment, thinking about the incident when she heard Miko's comment.

"But you know something ladies, I never see him before...I wonder who he is?" said Miko.

"Yeah, now that you mention, who is he? I too have never seen him before..." commented Rayna.

Just as Luna was about to say something, their lecturer, Prof Alex enters the classroom, and everyone began returning to their seats.

"Good morning class. Now I know some of you here are not happy to be back to school, but you have remembered that you are now in your third year and I do hope you guys could hang on a little longer till your graduation." Said Prof Alex.

"Tell me about it." mumble a student.

"Now, I have good news and bad news as well as exciting news. So, which one would you guys like to hear first?" asked Prof Alex.
