They began to look around the area to see if Nina was close by but only to see plants all surrounding them. They felt sad yet happy as now they know that they are not alone and that she is back alive.
Faith on the other hand was not glad to see Nyx or the plants backs alive.
"Kill them all!" ordered Faith angrily.
The ghouls began to approach them slowly, trying to cut through the growing plants and as they got close enough, the ghouls were about to strike them when Nyx noticed it. Nyx then attacks the ghouls by biting off their hands and throw it away far.
"Don't start celebrating yet, I think our dear friend here ordered more of her ghouls to kill us all." said Apollo when he notices how close the other ghouls are.
The other noticed their surroundings as well and began to be on their guard. They were about to take out their weapons but only to realized that it was not with them.
"Shit...if only I have our weapons with us now. I could really use my bow and arrow." Said Sandra.
"Now what? Without our weapons, we won't be able to defeat them that easily." Said Emily.
Nyx was pacing back and forth in front of them, protecting them from the ghouls. Sophie was making her way to them as soon as she can.
Soon she arrived in front of them, got off another creature and walk up towards them.
"Sophie, what are you doing here? I thought I told you to stay..." said Apollo when Sophie cuts him short.
"I know, but as you can see, Nina's creatures are back and her plants are growing, meaning that Nina is alive. She is here to help us get back at Faith and restore our lives back." said Sophie happily.
"We know, we guessed it a few moments ago. But as you can see, without our weapons, how are we supposed to help her? and defend ourselves from their attack?" asked Emily.
Thinking of a way to defend themselves, even they thought how they wished they didn't leave their weapons back at the hiding spot. The ghouls slowly try to approach them at a different angle again, even with the plants and branches surrounding them, the vampires do not know how long it can last.
Just then, they felt the ground shaking and hears giant footsteps coming towards them, even hears a few growls from the distances.
"What was that?" asked Hina.
Everyone look around them, when they saw a few more Jinx not far from them and the giant's footsteps are still making it way over.
"Oh no, look! We have company." Warn Sandra.
Everyone stood close to each other and kept the eyes on the creatures around them. Faith was pleased to see more creatures appearing nearby and she smirks widely, thinking that finally she could end their lives.
"Eat them...eat them all!" ordered Faith to the group of Jinx.
The creatures began to towards the vampires, surrounding them and growling before stopping in front of all them and form a protective shield around them all then face directly at Faith and her ghouls.
Shocked to by their action, Faith ordered them to attack again but the creatures remain still.
"I ordered you to attack and eat them! Why are you not following my orders?" asked Faith in anger.
Even Lily and the others were wondering what was going on and why didn't the Jinx attack them as ordered. Wondering why, they soon saw a figure appeared from shadows and another figure glowing on top one of the tree branches close by them.
