Corey~
When the guys left this morning, I decided to make breakfast for our new house mate. I wasn't sure what she was like so I had no idea what to make. I wanted her to feel welcome here because I didn't want Kevin to leave. I wanted our family back together again.
Kevin: What does Sang like for breakfast?
Kevin: Chocolate chip pancakes are her favorite.
Corey: Thanks.
Well this will be a disaster. If I made those, she would surely want to leave. Either that or she'll end up with food poisoning.
Knowing Luke was an amazing Cook, I got into the elevator and rode down to the second floor. When I knocked on the door Victor answered.
"Hey. What's up?"
"I need Luke to come and make breakfast." I told him, knowing my face was red from embarrassment.
"But I was going to make chocolate chip pancakes." Luke whined in the background.
"Oh thank god." I sighed. "That's what I need you to make.
"Why?" Luke asked suspiciously.
"They are her favorite."
"No joke?"
"For real." I laughed.
"Heck yes." He fist pumped the air. "Let's me get dressed."
I went back up to my place and found Axel walking around naked. I shook my head and laughed.
"Shut it. I had to do laundry this morning because I wasn't expecting a girl to be here." He walked towards the laundry room with a scowl on his face.
I found Kota, Marc, and Nathan playing video games in the living room. I sat down and grabbed my lap top. I might as well start on the assignment while I'm waiting.
An hour later, Luke was putting the last bit of breakfast on the table that Kota and Victor set. Kota had been quiet the whole night. It was surprising. He usually speaks up a little.
"What's on your mind?" I asked him knowing he was thinking about something.
"Do you think it's a good idea bringing John Sorenson's daughter in to live with fifteen guys? He could kill us all within five minutes."
I laughed. I had never met John but he was a legend in the Academy. I'm sure he would kill us all if he had a reason. But I trusted Kevin. I even called Dr. Robert's to see what he thought this morning. When he started ranting about Mindy and Derrick, I had to wait fifteen minutes until he was calm enough to talk again. He said that he trusted us with Sang's life, that he couldn't think of a better group to keep her safe. He also said he would inform John on the change of plans.
"We will be fine." I told him.
Just as he was about to say something else the most stunning girl walked into the dining room. I wasn't even sure she noticed us.
Sang walked by all of us, sat down at the table and stacked three pancakes on her plate with about eight slices of bacon.
She started eating while the room grew quiet. I looked around at all the guys who were staring with wide eyes at the gorgeous girl who was eating her breakfast like it was her last meal.
When she moaned around a bite, I noticed my brothers, along with myself adjusting our pants. Even Axel was quiet, staring at the beauty and that never happens.
