My gorgeous miracle was born last night. Jack and Christina were at the birth. He is beautiful, we decided on the name Parker, it was Jack's idea. Jack is beyond happy, he won't leave our side. I can go home in two days, we're very excited but for now, Jack and I are picking godparents. I let Jack decide the godmothers and I decided the godfathers.
J- "I knew the minutes I found out you were pregnant- Christina and Chantel"
M- "Perfect, and I think Dani and Corbyn"
J- "Couldn't have said it better myself, let's get them in here"
Jack left and a nurse passed me Parker, soon he came back in with Chantel, Corbyn, Christina and Daniel. I handed Parker to Dani.
D- "Are we in trouble"
M- "No silly, the opposite, we wanted to ask you something"
C- "anything"
I looked and Jack and nodded for him to tell them.
J- "We were wondering, if you would please be Parker's godparents?"
Christina and Chantel started crying.
Corb- "I think I speak for all of us when I say that we would love to..."
He looked at Parker who was still being held by Dani-
Corb- "Hey little man, we're the ones you come to when Mommy and Daddy say no"
I laughed and Parker was passed between the four and eventually back in Jack's arms. Then a nurse came in.
N- "Ooh I'm guessing these are the lucky godparents"
Chantel- "Guilty"
She laughed.
N- "Well then, who's giving the first bath?"
Jack went to reply but I stood in.
M- "Actually, we have some people coming, they should be here any minute"
Jack looked confused but his confusion turned to happiness when Sydnie, Ava, Isla and Kristen walked through the doorway.
J- "Seriously? Great minds think alike" I looked at him confused until I saw my mum poke her head through the doorway.
M- "Momma?"
P- "Hey baby"
She ran to me and hugged me tight.
P- "Oh I'm so sorry I'm late, I was supposed to get here before the birth but my flight was delayed and-"
M- "Mom, all that matters is you're here now"
Jack gave her Parker. She started to tear up.
P- "Oh my. Hi Parker"
His eyes opened as he saw her, she passed him to Kristen and she reacted the same.
