I'm looking left and right. I'm feeling nauseous and uh oh...

My hands are gripping my stomach and my short hair falls over me ears draping over my face. I don't even try to look up. I'm just feeling dizzy, like everything's just repeating itself over again. And I'm bored of this, bored of running into something I can't handle. I participate in almost everything And I want something new.

The kids that were with me in this crazy nightmare were at my side. As they helped me up, cleared the sick and and pulled me together. My heart sank. I had no idea what was going on and my brain didn't feel like it had the ability to process this.

I gripped onto Ben's arm and stifled out a smile.
"Thanks"
"No problem" he replied retuning my smile

Looking around I felt like I was recovering from a battle, but a battle fought with warriors who I trusted and warriors who were loyal.

I nibbled on my fingernails until they were raw. The other boy ,Roy, I think it was, was staring into the distance, lost in thought perhaps? No, his expression was way too intense, like he had already figured something out, there wasn't anything thinking involved. I took a step closer to him, my hand slipping away from my body and hovering towards him.

"Hey, you're Anna right? My name's Lucy"
She extended her arm towards me just before I could reach Roy. Ben was still staring at her intently.
"Uh, yeah" I replied taking her hand. There was this electricity that kicked in when our hands touched.
"D-did you f-feel that?" I asked trembling
"Yeah, that was - that was weird" our faces turned white in sync and I realised that we were going to be friends, heck, closer than that best friends almost like sisters.

"Anna, do you think, never mind, it's nothing" she murmured
I glanced wearily at her, a smile slipping from my lips.
"I think I know what you were about to say and uh, I agree"

We smiled at each other

And that was when the realisation dawned upon me.
