We've arranged to meet in five minutes. So far, I'm the only one here. Why the bloody hell am I going along with this? Why would I trust complete strangers, who are probably just as mad as I am!
"Quick! Follow me"
I turned around, no one was there.
"Hurry up!"
Scrunching up my eyes I tried to listen out for the voice.
"Ben! We don't have much time"
I opened my eyes again and in front of me stood a guy about my age. He had messy brown hair and serene green eyes. His mouth seemed to be permanently fixed as a huge grin. He looked like he'd walked straight out of a farm, with wellies and gloves on, dungarees on top of a red checked shirt.
"So, are we going or not?" He asked
"Going where?" I countered
"To save the world of course"Of course.
At that moment he pushed me through glowing blue electricity surrounding a whirlwind of blue lights, that seemed to have been summoned from the tips of his fingers. Jagged rocks were encased inside the whirlwind it looked like the electricity was carrying the dirt around along the edge of the Swirling blue lights, mesmerised, I fell face first into dry dirt. The boy followed behind. As I was Struggling up, he offered me his hand. "Jet" he said
"Welcome to the Far-side"
