So... my mother forgot me. Again. This happens constantly, so it's not like I'm not used to it, but making the half-an-hour trek home sucks. Particularly when you see your mother sitting on the couch reading a book when you walk in the door.

"Hi sweetie! How was your day?" She asked brightly, oblivious to the problem.

"Fine." I stomped up to my room.

"What's wrong?" She was pretending to care. Fan-freakin-tastic.

"You'd think you'd remember to pick your child up after she texts you 11 times." I snapped.

"Sorry! I didn't have my phone-" I cut her off by going upstairs.

"It's not like it's unusual." I muttered, closing my bedroom door behind me. My mind immediately flew to today's rehearsal after school. It'll actually be really fun, as long as Grayson and I start talking more.

My phone buzzed, and suddenly I sprang back to the present, where my best friend's drama was more prevalent than my own in my life.

Mrs. Potts💜💛🎭: Hey, can you talk??
Mrs. Potts💜💛🎭: I really need someone right now.

I sighed.

Belle💙💛🎭:sure.

She called me, and I listened to her ringtone for a minute(Human again) before I picked up.

"I need help!" She exclaimed.

"I already knew that."

"But...But... we're soulmates! We're supposed to be together for our entire lives!" She blubbered. I held back a laugh and tried to calm her down.

"He'll come back to you." I consoled. "He just doesn't want to... get tired and annoyed with your relationship before it's even started." Of course, this made her cry more.

"How could he get tired of our relationship?! He and I are perfect for each other!"

This is going to take a while. I sighed quietly and leaned back on my pillows to listen to her rant.

"I know..."

"We're so great together and he left me!"

"It'll be fine..."

Eventually she broke down so badly she couldn't talk and I hung up. That girl has more issues than Vogue. I love her but really, not everything should be treated as if your brother just died.

Remembering I had homework, I made my way over to my desk.

Pulling out my earbuds and chem worksheet, I put on P!NK's new album and settled in.

"Night!" At around 10:00, my dad's voice shot through my door.

"Night!" I responded.

My dad is amazing. He tries his best, always, even though he's not home often. He just came home from a business trip in Bulgaria, and when he's gone I get his car, but I still like it better when he's around. My mom doesn't really do anything but yell at me.

"Go to bed!" She called through my door.

"No." I shouted back, rolling my eyes.

I turned back to the homework.

How is the atomic number of an atom assigned?

Maybe I'll work on this tomorrow. I'm to tired for my brain to work.

Right as I'm about to lay down and sleep, I get another text from the World's Biggest Drama Queen.

Mrs. Potts💜💛🎭: U up?

Sighing, I rolled over.

Belle💙💛🎭: nope.
