"Hell hound?  What the fuck is that, I'm so confused, your joking right?"

I started to dig my nails again and my mom reached up taking my hand as she pulled me closer to her giving me her serious eyes.

"You're the protector Roman, your the strongest and most powerful supernatural. If your eyes turn orange the beast within you will appear and you're not strong enough to control it yet, you can be very dangerous, and even deadly"

The more she spoke the more it all started to make since. My dad was a big fan of supernatural and he told me so much, but I always thought he was just very obsessed.

"There's a place here in new jersey, it's an old abandoned factory and many people like you, like us, who have extra abilities are welcome there and they protect you and help you with your anger and to keep you from changing, they will train you to fight and be able to defend yourself, there's people out there hunting people like us, your not safe anymore Roman" theo says with his sympathetic eyes.

Why would people hunt us? What made me this way, I didn't ask for this.

"You must go immediately, iv already talked to them and there welcoming you with open arms, you must not call or talk to me at all, we have to cut all connections for your safety. You will be leaving tomorrow"

My head snatched towards her as I looked at her like she was crazy.

"Mom I can't leave you, I don't want to go, I'm fine I can control it"

She Shook her head as she held her soft hand in mine. She reached up tucking a strand of hair behind my ear as she looked into my eyes.

"Oh baby, this is just the beginning, it's going to get worse and you will not be able to control it, there's so much you have to learn, I'm so sorry it has to be this way, but I love you and your father loves you and we will always be in your heart.but you have to go, for me, for your father and for yourself" .

I could hear the pain in her voice and it made my heart break knowing how much she's giving up just to keep me safe. She left my dad for me, to protect me, and the last thing I would ever do is let her down.
