She's Ours (Klaroline)

chapter 5

Aliyah

        Even though mom let Klaus meet me she hasn't really let him come and visit or anything, which I guess is okay since he hasn't been there for my whole life. He gets really mad when mom won't let him in the house. . . I was up in my room skyping with Emmalee when I felt and heard a thud echo from downstairs. 

I get off my bed and set the laptop down and tell Em, "I'll be back." She nods and I flash downstairs to see Klaus standing over Aunt Rebekah who was on the floor. I run over and ask, "What happened?!" Mom pulls me back and makes me face her, "She will be fine." I nod and mom pulls me behind her, "I should be allowed to see my daughter Caroline." 

I take a few steps back before running up to my room and shutting my door. I walk over to my bed and scoop up my laptop. I ask, "Emmalee? Where did you go?" She is brought into view by a man with darker skin. I growl and I flash out of the room and past mom and Klaus, and in a split second, I am in front of Em's house. I enter and I am hit with a strong scent of blood. I look around and am horrified by the site. 

Emmalee's parents are pretty much in pieces all over the entryway. I cover my mouth and nose with the back of my hand and step over body parts to the stairs and then I flash to Emmalee's room. When I enter the room I see the man feeding off her so I growl loudly and as I launch I feel arms go around me and a needle pierce my neck. I mouth to Em who is now facing me, "I'm sorry." As I black out.

Emmalee

        I was skyping with Aliyah when we heard a thud echo through the house. She looks at the door and then tells me she'll be right back. I nod and she flashes out of sight. I set my own laptop down and go to the bathroom really quick. When I get back to my room I hear the doorbell ring. I hear mom answer it but then hear her scream then dad scream. I get up again to go help but a man appears in front of me and says, "Hi there. I need you to tell me where I can find a Klaus Mikaelson." 

Who on earth is Klaus Mikaelson? The only Klaus I know is the Klaus that was looking for Aliyah's mom. I tell him, "I don't know who you are talking about." He sighs and says, "This could have gone so much easier. . ." We hear from my laptop, "Emmalee? Where did you go?" The man grabs me and drags me into screen. She growls and her veins and fangs show. She disappears and the man asks, "Who was that?!" I say, "Aliyah Forbes." 

He digs his fangs into my neck and I scream. I can feel the life getting sucked out of me and in the next moment I hear another loud growl and the man takes his fangs out and spins us around just in time to see Aliyah get stabbed in the neck with a needle and her mouth, "I'm sorry." And fall limp. The man pulls out another needle and comes toward me with it. 

I start to struggle but I get a finger shoved into the wound on my neck so I practically get paralyzed in pain. The needle gets shoved into my neck. I soon suffer the same fate as Aliyah and black out.

Caroline

After Aliyah goes back upstairs I hear her growl and then she flashes past us. I look at Klaus before going upstairs to her room. Her laptop was on skype with Emmalee but it was closed down. I get a bad feeling and try to call both girls but nothing works. I say, "I'm going to find Aliyah, I have a bad feeling about that growl." 

I go to take a step but my phone rings and it's Emmalee, "Em? Is Aliyah with you?" I hear a deep laugh and I tense automatically, "Sorry, this isn't Emmalee. But, if you want to see her, and your daughter alive, tell me where Klaus Mikaelson is." I clench my jaw and say, "I don't know where he is, I haven't seen him in almost 15 years. Last I heard he was in New Orleans." 

The man chuckles and says, "Well you better find him because you won't get your daughter and her friend back if you don't." He hangs up and I look at Klaus who has his jaw clenched, "Marcel, don't worry too much Caroline I will get the girls back." He grabs my face and says, "I promise." I nod and he says, "Where does Emmalee live?" I grab his hand and flash to Em's house.

When we get there we can smell the blood and I run into the house. "Oh my God!" I cover my mouth with my hands as I stare at the mess. I look up the stairs and yell, "Emmalee?!" I flash into her room and see the blood on her floor. I dip a finger in it and I smell it. It's Emmalee's blood. I can also smell vervain and wolfsbane. Klaus comes up beside me and says, "Go home Caroline, I'll find the girls and bring them back safely. " 

I shake my head, "She is my daughter too Klaus, both of them, I am going to help find them." He shakes his head and says, "Go home and wait there until Rebekah wakes up then send her after me." I finally give in and flash home. . . When I walk in the door Rebekah shoots up and gasps. She looks at me and says, "I'm going to kill that dick of a brother. . . Care what's wrong?" 

I fall to my knees and cry, "He took the girls! He took my baby!" She grabs my face and says, "Who Caroline?" I whisper, "His name is Marcel." She stands up and says, "I'll be back." She flashes away and I am left to wallow in my own misery of my baby being gone.

Klaus

        When I heard Marcel tell Caroline that if she didn't tell him where I was she would never see our daughter and her friend again, I was livid. No one threatens my family. Marcel has once again crossed a line that should not be crossed. The panic that I felt from Caroline was overwhelming and I had to calm her down and get her to go home. I knew she would give in, after awhile at least. She is too unstable at the moment to go help find them. 

I pull out my phone and dial Hayley. After a few rings, she picks up, "What Klaus?" I say, "Hello Hayley, are you and Hope alright?" She says, "Ya, why wouldn't we be?" I retort, "Why maybe because I just found out I have a second daughter and Marcel just kidnapped her and her best friend." She gasps and says, "What?! Why would he do that?" I reply, "I don't know. But Caroline is having a mental breakdown over here." 

"I'm not surprised you knocked blondie up but how is it possible?" I chuckle, "Just checking up on you girls, we will talk more later." I hang up and I say, "Nice of you to join me here, sister." She is breathing heavily with anger and says, "Marcel took my niece?" I nod and answer, "Seems so. We need a witch to do a locator spell." Marcel will stop at nothing to find me for some unknown reason." She nods. "I'll find one."
