~~~~Adam’s POV~~~~
She does make a point. Dieing then respawning is a lot crazier than having powers.
“I just remembered something.” Iridessa said.
Eris was already playing the game again. She exited 2 player and went it to single and was going through the levels like nothing. “And what did you remember, Sci?” Eris questioned distractedly.
“Wasn’t Herobrine going to tell us something?” Iridessa crossed her arms.
That got Eris’s eyes off the screen. “You’re right,” Then she turned to Herobrine. “Hero, you were in the middle of saying something important, when...you know what happened, happened. “
Herobrine raised an eyebrow, “A question for you first, Phantom. Why do you keep calling me ‘Hero’?”
Eris shrugged, “I like it better than Herobrine. Hero sounds just as cool, though, but I also think it suits you. You seem like an awesome friend anyways. And that’s how you introduced yourself to me. Just like how you keep calling me Phantom.”
Herobrine seemed fine with that answer. He ran his hand through his hair. "When I said, 'Not even Notch knows what will happen.' I wasn't kidding. Something has happened in to my home world. And -as much as I hate saying this- need help."
"So," Iridessa said, "You, need our help? What's so special about us?"
Eris spoke up, "I would agree with Sci. While she has a point, I do remember hearing Sky's and Hero's conversation earlier. About us, all of us, being from Minecraft. I didn't believe it."
"You died and respawned," I say to her like it's obvious. Which it was.
Eris gave me a 'No Duh' look. "I said didn't not don't. Meaning I believe it now."
Jerome asked, "Why?"
"I had some think time. I tend to think I am a very perceptive person. I notice little details and put them together, like I'm trying to solve a puzzle," Eris explained, some how still playing the game. "While playing co-op with Seto, I pieced some details together. Clues helped."
Ty said, "What about the main fact that, you can't be from a video game?"
"I threw logic out the window a while ago. Now, can Hero tell us about this threat looming over our heads, or are we going to have a tea party and talk about how the weather is? I for one, want to live a bit longer. I also want to say, 'Screw gravity.' then do some gravity defying thing." Eris blinked, "Wow, way off topic."
"Just a bit." Iridessa commented.
"Okay, Hero, what happened to our home?" Eris asked.
Herobrine sighed. "Long story or short story?"
"Long story, we have more than enough time." I said.
"Okay. Just sit down. This may take awhile." Everyone but Mitch sat down.
"Dood," Eris said. "You okay?"
Mitch snapped out of his thoughts, "Yeah. If fine." He sat down where he was standing.
Herobrine started his story. "I was mining..."
~~~~Herobrine’s POV~~~~
I began my story.
“I was mining in on of my strip mines. It was huge, about 100 chunks big. I placed another redstone torch when, it went out. A cold wind blew down the mine and the other torches went out. I switched from my pick to my obsidian sword.”
Phantom cut me off, “The sword I found?”
I nodded, “Yes and no. The sword you found was obsidian, but not mine.”
She looked confused “But...Please continue. I want to hear this.”
Surprised she didn’t ask who’s sword it was I continued, “ Anyways, laughter rang throughout the mine. I yelled out, ‘Traveler, these are my mines.’ And this girl’s voice answered, ‘Well, who are you.’ And laughter followed. ‘I am Herobrine.’
A boy’s voice answered now. ‘Well, we’ve been looking for you.’” I ran a hand through my hair, “I was so confused. Why would children look for me? Don’t the silly villagers and players spread horror stories about me? Next think I know two pairs of eyes are in front of me. Both eyes slitted like a dragon’s. One orange, the other, blue. A flame appeared and was shot towards me.
I quicked blocked it with my sword. A teleported behind one and went to slash at them with my sword. Fast than any human, the person spun and caught the blade with their hand. With the small amount of light from my eyes, I saw that the hand was a dragons hand. Muddy orange scales and white claws. ‘My turn.’ He said.”
Everyone was captivated. Even the best PvP human player.(A/N Mitch, if you didn’t know) Phantom, had stopped playing her game long ago. “The next thing that happened blew my mind,” I continued, “The cave was light again. Two hybrids stood there. One was a boy, he had the orange scales.. The other was a girl, she had blue scales. They both had bat like wings, and their hands were dragon hands.
The boy slashed at me with his claws. He was to quick for me to teleport away. He got my shoulder. I shook of the pain and went to swing at him with my sword. The girl came into the fight and tried to claw my back, but I somehow teleported out of my mines. I ended up in my castle. I decided I needed help, even if I don’t like it.”
“So you came to us?” The bacca asked.
I nodded. “Yes. You were the only one’s I could think of. And you have special abilities that could help.”
“Like what?” Deadlox asked.
“You’ll find out.” I didn’t want to tell them. It may go to their heads.
“Can you tell me who’s sword I found?” Phantom asked me.
“I can. It was my son’s.” I say.
Everyone’s eyes get wide. “You have a son?” TrueMU asked.
“Yes but, he disappeared.” I look down.
A song begins to play. It’s just a small bit of piano. Phantom pulls out her phone, “Hey mom...Okay, be there soon. Bye.”
“My mom wants me home. Sorry.” She looked at Science. “See ya at school.”
“Bai!” Science yelled.
“Laterz.” Phantom left the cave.
“You guys go to school?” Sky asked.
Science looked at him weird. “Yeah, we’re 16. We kind of have to. Anyways, I have to go home too. Everyone, leave the cave.”
EVeryone left the cave, Science and I were the last ones left. “I never would have thought I would meet you.” She said.
“You never know, Science.” I teleport back to my small house I owned on earth. “You never know.
