Chapter 25: T^T

X Small bit of Eris X Kyle fluff X

~~~~Kyle's POV~~~~

As Eris fell, I cought her. I heard her say, "Kyle..."

I felt my face heat up as I picked her up bridal style, and she cluched my shirt. I left the girl that she was yelling at standing there. And I walked back towards Eris's house, Seto did something with his magic to make her friends forget what they saw but, remember something else instead. I walked Eris up to her room and tried to lay her on her bed.

Key word, tried. She wouldn't let go of me. Adam and Ty had followed me, and laughed at me when they saw what was going on.

"Looks like you'll have to lay wih her." Adam said.

I blushed furiously, but didn't mind it. So I carefully sat on her bed and layed down. Eris snuggled closer to me. Adam and Ty were tring not to be loud so they went down stairs. When they left I gazed at Eris's sleeping face.

She looked like a fallen angle. 'Woah, that's seriously cheesey.' I thought.

I brushed her hair out of her face. I noticed that a scar ran along the side of her face, narrowly missing the eye. Her hair usually covers it. A fainter scar was next to her other eye as well.

I noticed something was hanging around her neck now. It almost looked like an amulet. She wasn't wearing this earlier. A tried to pick up the gem part of the necklace but it burned my fingers.

Eris shifted in her...'sleep'. She mumbled in a child like voice, "Stop fighting..."

Then her eyes snapped open and her hand went to the gemstone on her necklace. She looked around her room quickly. Then she looked at me slowly. "Kyle?" She said sleepily. "What are you doin?"

I smiled gently at her. "You fainted so I cairred you up here." I hopes she wouldn't ask why I was laying next to her.

She closed her eyes again and her breathing evened out. She had fallen asleep. I tried to slip out of her bed with out her wakeing up, but she grabbed my wrist. "No. Kyle stay. No nightmares."

So I stayed, and drifted off to sleep too.

~~~~Iridessa's POV~~~~

I hesatlently opened my eyes. I was in my room. The walls were painted blue that faded into green. One wall had a lot of posters from animes that I liked and drawings that I had drawn. My home computer had a creeper background.

I lay in bed not wanting to move because I was comfortable. As I lay there, I think back to what happened.

~~~~|FLASHBACK BECAUSE I CAN|~~~~

I lay on the ground, barley feeling any pain. It overrode my senses and I couldn't feel a thing. I see a shape kneel next to me. They shook me, but I couldn't hear what they said. The figure moved and started to shout.

A see through yet visible person fell out if the blurred shape. Purple hair was seeped over their right sholder, they wore an endermen hoodie, jeans and purple and black hightops. The girls purple eyes shown suprise as she look at her hands. Then an amulet formed around her neck.

She looked familiar. Then it hit me. That's Eris's new skin she had made a few days ago. So that must be Eris. She kneeled next to me and tears rolled down her face.

I never felt myself stop breathing. Nor did I close my eyes. But I felt myself fall into a never ending darkness.

I wondered if Eris had forgotten that I could respawn. I decided to call her. When I turn my phone on, and saw the time, I was slightly suprised. The clock read, '5:00'. How did that happen? I must have spaces out for a while.

I texted Eris a few times, thinking she'd answer almost imetiatly like she always does, but no answer. I then call her with no answer. I get up out of my bed, and decide to walk to her house.

~TIMESKIP~

When I get to her house, Adam, Ty and Seto where still there. They were sitting outside talking. "Hey guys." I say as I walk up to them.

Seto and Adam don't jump but Ty did. I ask, "Where's Eris?"

Adam and Ty them both get huge grins on their faces. Adam tells me, "She's up in her room sleeping."

"Oh, that would be why she hasn't answered..." I say to myself as I go into the house. I walk up the stairs to Eris's room and when I open the door I almost laughed.

Eris's head was resting on Kyle's shoulder. She was snuggled next to him. Kyle had his arms wrapped protectively around Eris's waist. And he too was asleep.

I grinned and took a picture then shut the door quietly and left. As I went outside, my heads started to hurt. I ignore it best I could. When I stepped outside I saw that Adam, Ty and Seto had a slight glow around them. Adam and Ty were glowing a...happy color. I have no other way to explain it.

Seto had a happy glow too but, when he saw me. It changed slightly. It gained a loving feeling. And it was directed towards...me??? I wondered how I could do this...

Seto smiled at me and I felt my ears heat up. Thank god my hair was down.

OH WOAH. 1 K READS?!?!?!? HOW DID DIS HAPPPPPEN???? Thanks a lot guys. I'm happy people are reading this. ^_^
