Harry had been working at a small law firm for about two weeks. It was a small apprenticeship, but it was helping him get experience and he was enjoying every bit of it. Louis worked right across the street, so they'd ride to work together every morning and Harry would walk over to pick Louis up in the evenings, usually with a coffee (Harry ran a lot of coffee runs).

Harry had gotten off early and checked their bank statements on his phone, seeing which bills had gone out and which still needed to be paid. He also was checking if Louis' check from Niall Horan, had been cleared yet and it had. Harry doesn't think he's ever seen that much money in their bank account. Which he was proud to say he was contributing some to it.

Harry walked across the street and waved at Gina, checking Louis' patient sheet for the day to see if he had time to sit in Louis' office before someone came in for an exam. Which he did. So he grabbed his milkshake and his bag and asked Gina to let Louis know he was here. He went back to Louis' room and took a seat on his chair, moving it up slightly to fit his legs. He knew Louis hated it, but he'd fix it before Louis came in, so it wasn't a big deal.

Harry sat his milkshake down on the counter and played Tetris on his phone for about half an hour, starting to get a little antsy just waiting on his husband. He spun in the chair and heard the knob spinning and he grinned more than ready to see his baby and talk about their days. When he turned around his green eyes were met with a pair of brown eyes that belonged to the Liam Payne and Niall was sitting up on the table. Harry sighed, "Louis will be in in a second."

"Alright, and who are you?" The boy with brown eyes asked.

"My name's Harry." Harry introduced himself and smiled, "I'm Louis' husband. I'm waiting for his shift to end." He chuckled.

"I didn't know he was married." Niall commented.

"He can't wear his ring in here. messes with the equipment or something, I dunno." Harry shrugged and grabbed his milkshake, taking a drink from the straw.

"What are you waiting here for?" Liam asked.

"He needed the car later, so I have to have him drop me off at university. I work across the street so I walked over."

"Aren't they supposed to have the rooms clear for patients?" Liam frowned slightly.

"I can leave." Harry shrugged. He was only in here because this was his baby's office and exam room and he had lost track of the time he had been waiting.

"Stay, you're nice to chat with." Niall smiled and rubbed his tummy.

"You guys are too." Harry smiled and looked over as his husband stepped inside the room. He had his black and white vans on, a pair of black jeans (that Harry had sewn up a hole on the inner thigh last night), his t-shirt was black as well and had three white dots across the chest. His hair was done up in a quiff and he sighed happily as Louis moved close to him to wash his hands in the sink next to Harry.

Harry held his milkshake out to Louis and Louis smiled, taking a sip. "Hey, Gina said you were here."

"Yeah, I was just waiting on you."

"Don't touch anything." Louis reminded and smiled, giving his baby a squeeze on the shoulder. Louis went on to continue with Niall and Liam's appointment and Harry spun around in the chair. Harry would've gotten up if Louis would've asked, but he just gave Niall his ultrasound as he stood.

"How long have you two been together?" Niall asked. Harry ran a hand through his hair and lifted his eyes to Louis. He placed some gel onto Niall's stomach.

"This is gonna sound like I'm a cradle robber." Louis laughed and Harry just smiled. "We started dating when I was twenty-one and in my third year of med school. He was sixteen and he was just lovely. Cutest little dimples I'd ever seen." Harry felt his cheeks heat up. "I ran into him going to my psychology class. He wanted to study law and his sister was taking her midterm. Been history since then."
