"Good morning, my beautiful loves." Louis whispered and pressed a small kiss on Harry's forehead and then his belly. Harry smiled sleepily and pushed his husband away.

"Stop, my stomach looks really bad right now."

"Oh hush, you're beautiful." Louis chuckled and pulled back the covers even further, "s'time to wake up."

"I don't wannaaaa."

"I have to get to work." Louis smiled and buttoned up the white shirt he'd pulled on, "you're gonna be fine here by yourself?"

"I'm always fine here by myself, Louis. Aren't I?"

"Yeah, I just worry... about you and the baby."

"We still haven't picked a name for her." Harry smiled at his husband as he continued to get ready for work. "We found out the gender almost two months ago and we haven't even talked about it."

"I know, I know. Why don't you think of some and we'll do a little talking about it at dinner tonight?" Louis leaned down to get his goodbye kiss and Harry just nodded as their lips brushed together.

"Okay, okay." He smiles softly and pulled the blankets back up over him. Louis chuckled softly as he tucked the blanket around Harry's back and hips.

"I'll call you at lunch."

"Alriiiight. I'm tryna sleep, Lou." He mumbled and closed his eyes. So Louis just chuckled and left for work.

Harry had gotten up around ten and made himself a turkey sandwich and a cup of tea. He'd gotten a text from Niall wanting to hang out and he'd agreed, so he was waiting on him and the twins to arrive at any second.

Harry sat on the couch and scrolled through a website with popular baby names but he just couldn't find one that suited their little honey.

"H?!" Niall called from the hallway. Harry sat down his phone and tea cup, moving to get the door.

"Hey! Nice to see you." Harry opened the door and smiled when he saw Niall with the two baby carriers. He reach his hands out and took them after Niall had passed them over. "Nice to see my two favourite Payne's as well." Harry chuckled and sat their carriers on the dining room table.

"They fell asleep in the taxi... we can go sit in the living room. Just bring them and let them sleep." Niall looked exhausted and Harry nodded. He carried their carrier over to the living room and placed them close to where Niall took a seat. Harry sat in Louis' recliner and grinned. Niall glanced at Harry and caught his hand moving from his stomach to the chair arm to rest. "You're pregnant?"

Harry nodded a little, "don't tell Louis you know.. we were planning on telling you two together." Harry whispered and Niall just nodded.

"I get it. I'm sorry. I just remember early on in my pregnancy. You subconsciously just touch at your stomach a lot. You've been doing it every time I see you. Plus you've been happier. Practically glowing." Niall chuckles and unbuckled Eleanor when he heard her start to fuss.

"I'm not that early on though, yesterday was twenty-six weeks." Harry chuckled.

"You're barely showing!"

"It's my clothes. I've been buying them bigger.. Louis' been taking the whole thing so much better than his initial reaction to the idea. Once honey was actually real to us he just went into full daddy mode." Harry laughed softly.

"You call it honey?" Niall chuckled.

"Yeah, we know the gender. But that's something I'm gonna save for Louis to tell with me." Harry nodded and smiled, "We're working on finding names now, I'm supposed to have some picked out for when we go to dinner tonight."

Niall rocked Eleanor gently, patting her bum as he went. "Being a dad is probably one of the best things I've ever done." He admitted quietly and kissed his daughter's head. "I never knew how rewarding it is to have someone so small be so dependent on you. It's also scary though." Niall shrugged a little, "but as are all new things."

"You do so well with them though." Harry watched Niall rock Eleanor and smile. "I wanna be a good dad."

"You will be. It's hard, you know? I didn't know what I'd do having her. Then I had twins and everything was multiplied and double the difficulty."

"I don't think we're having twins." Harry chuckled softly and shrugged.

-

Harry spent all night in the hospital instead of at dinner with his husband. Louis was sat in the chair by his side, holding his hand quietly. The first thing Louis had heard him say for hours was, she's really gone, isn't she?

Louis didn't know how to help him. This was what he was worried about. After his surgery, Louis helped Harry get dressed into sweats and a T-shirt. "Hey.. maybe we should see someone about this."

"Louis, stop." Harry whispered and grabbed his bag, pulling it up on his shoulders.

"You just had surgery, H. You need to rest. Stop trying to do more than what you're supposed to." Louis tried to help him take the bag off, Harry didn't fight it as he sat down. "You're gonna be here a few more hours. Just relax." Louis kissed His forehead.

So Harry sat whilst Louis went to finish his rounds and clocked out. Harry didn't know how to tell his mum or his sister or even Niall. His miscarriage was something he wasn't going to be able to do privately. He was going to have to tell his family and his friend. Which he wasn't looking forward to.

He didn't even know how to process it himself. He sat in the hospital bed, just looking through his text thread with Gemma. He looked at every single sonogram he'd sent her and took a deep breath. They hadn't even had a name for the death certificate yet.

When Louis came back in he'd grabbed his lounge clothes from Harry's bag, expecting to not be discharged for a bit longer. "They'll be here to fill out the—"

"Don't say it." Harry said quietly and rubbed his eyes.

"We need a name, H.."

"Harriet. Harriet Elaine Tomlinson. Same initials as mine." Harry rubbed his eyes. Louis sighed and sat down next to him, pulling him in close.

Louis rubbed his back and kissed his head, "okay. Harriet Elaine it is."
